    I placed in a order with door dash and called the restaurant and asked can I add extras shrimp and chicken and she will tell me the price but now all of a sudden she act like she cant understand what Im saying so I want to know what the problem is and you been doing it so the the door dash driver called me and I was trying to tell her and she didnt know what I was saying so they canceled my order and I dont know what is going on but they need to get it together or they need to go out of business and every time you call and place a order they dont never have any delivery drivers and that dont make no sense

    Hello *************************, this is ***************** from China Jade Restaurant. I am sending an email to you to reply to the complaint letter we have received. This customer complained about us not being able to do delivery and poor customer service. The lady that the customer is addressing is one of the workers in the restaurant. She told the customer that in order to add extra items whether it be extra meat in a dish or just another item on a doordash, you need to call doordash. Every doordash order, we will be asked the price of said order and they will send one of their drivers to pick up and pay for the food. But the credit cards that the doordash drivers carry on them only have enough money to pay for the price we told the doordash representative. Any additional items that if the customer decides to add on to the doordash order will cause the doordash card to decline and there will be a long wait for the doordash driver to connect with one of their representatives to put more money on the card to match up to the new price if customers decide to add more items to their order. And for the delivery issue, we have told the customer several times that ever since COVID started, we only accepted pick-*** and we have told several customers that we are no longer doing delivery.
