    I went to ********************************* Center to buy progressive eyeglasses because I looked online and they have had a good reputation for a long time. I bought the progressive glasses from them paying $350.00 when I ordered on January 24, 2025 and the remainder, $350.00, when I picked them up on January 30, 2025. The employee at ********************************* Center who helped me order the glasses told me I had ninety days to try them out and if they didnt work for me I could bring them back. She did NOT tell me that I would be reimbursed (my $700.00)) with ONLY a store credit. The glasses did not work for me and the employee who helped me this time (February 27, 2025) made me aware that I would not be repaid but that I would have a $700.00 store credit. I felt deceived and trapped! She went on to tell me about bifocals rather than progressive lenses (three lenses) that should work better for me. I felt I had no choice so I today (February 27, 2025) had her order the bifocals for me. I asked her about the price, thinking bifocals would coast much less than the progressive lens (three lens)) glasses, but the price of the bifocals is only $46.00 less than the progressive glasses. I asked if I would have the ninety day trial period for the bifocals. She said no, that the ninrty day trial period is for one time only. I asked If I would be repaid the $46.00 price difference. She said no, that the $46..00 price difference would only be a store credit. I feel misled and ripped off!

    Mr ***** will be given a refund. He was told to try them out for up to 90 days but was never told he could get a refund. We will exchange one time up to 90 days. It states very clearly on his credit card receipt ( in 2 different places), his store receipt and in store signage ( 3 distinct places) NO REFUNDS STORE CREDIT ONLY. Mr ***** doesn't understand that and feels tricked or deceived. Considering this I feel it is in our best interest to discontinue our business relationship. Therefore, he is being notified and a refund will be issued.
