On 10/8/22 at 8;00 a.m. Countywide Commercial asphalt company filled holes and rolled 1 1/2 inches of asphalt on my old driveway. They didnt taper off the edges and they continuously rolled red clay **** into the freshly black asphalt. Their recommendation for repairs were to put a black sealant over a freshly rolled asphalt. They knew that you cant put sealant over asphalt until 90 days of curing. But they were going to do it anyway and thought that I was going to accept this as a quick fix to their mistakes. I asked them to put 1 inch of asphalt over the **** asphalt and then seal it 90 days afterwards. This is why I am reporting this company for failure to correct their mistakes on my newly rolled asphalt driveway.

We have been trying to contact ************** to try and see what we can do to satisfy her or just to speak about an offer/options but were having trouble communicating with her. Were willing to do what it takes as a business but with no contact from her hinders our ability to help. Well continue to try and get a hold of her and we ask that she contacts us at her earliest convenience as well. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

This company was will to do a quick fix and that to apply sealant over new laid asphalt. When they knew the correct procedure is to let the asphalt cure for 90 days. I have no confidence that they do what needs to be done in my best interest. The outcome Im am looking for is to go with a reliable company to do the job right the first time.
