      At approximately 5 pm I placed an order online at this location. The driver **** showed up for delivery at approx ******* during this time he was at a different entrance. He called me on the gate system I advised him to come to side street he told me he was returning pizza back to store. I.then called store to inform them.While on the phone, driver came to.door, I then stated oh its you( went to store previously in person and same person was rude and dismissive he then pushed pizza into my hand, stood back( my grandson proceeded to walk behind me and aimed ranch dressing like he was throwing a baseball aimed at my face, I moved to.the side to avoid getting hit in the face and pushed my grandson behind me. He proceeded to call me the b word i.then told him i was calling the police. He continued to curse me. This man was 6'3 approx 200 lbs Caucasian. I am 5' 1 190 black female. I contacted the store. They didn't ask was me or my grandson ok. I told them what happened I asked for his name they told me they couldn't give me a name send the police to store and hung up in my face. I contacted the police while i.waited I called the store back asked for manager before anything else was Said the person stated we refunded your money you are blocked from this store and hung up on my face. After I filed report the police went to.the store called me a gave me name of driver. I emailed owner the same night.He said he would investigate and apologized for what occurred and call me back Fri the 20th to follow up. I received no follow up. I contacted him on 10/ **************************************************************************************************************** during his investigation. He then tells me he didn't fire person, he wrote him up and had him attend a diversity and inclusion class. He then apologized and states if you want to proceed with any further actions you have to do what you have to do. I kindly stated unbelievable and told him have a good day
