    I am unable to locate my initial review so I am submitting a second one. I hope no one else has this same experience. I applied to a property that was listed and had to call them 2x to follow up . after a few extended convos, and background info was told by ***** "we don't know you from ****.." so I would need to provide necessary documentation to move forward with application. which is common sense - but that's not the best part. Fast forward, after doing everything that was asked of me, I was not approved for the property because , I was told the owner decided to go with someone else. Something didn't sit right with me, (I asked to see my file that she submitted to the owner) it turns out my credit score was way off and incorrect. The third party tool she was using to pull my credit was so far off that it cost me the property. Not Once did that woman apologize. I quickly learned, efficiency, professionalism and class cannot be taught. I ended up going with another company and it worked out, but if you see this company - go in the other direction. PERIOD!

    Carolina Property Management (CPM) was very thorough in screening potential tenants for me. The pre-move-in inspection was very detailed. I'm now receiving very timely monthly payments. As each month goes by and get even more pleased with how things are going. Staff is friendly and has a very positive attitude. I highly recommend CPM.

    Submitted application on 5/19. Received a call 5/22 where they needed another email address, which I provided on the call. Never heard back from them. I call three times, left a voice message asking for an update. Sent a message thru a website on the 5/26. They responded on 5/30 saying they were not moving ahead with my application. No other details were given. I replied same day and didnt get a response til 6/2. This is terrible customer service.

    Fantastic service! Whether you're a tenant or a property owner (I've been both) CPM has your back.One thing that I can really appreciate from this company is that they communicate everything to you in a timely fashion. I've had past experiences where I've waited weeks and even months for feedback from former Property Managers and I can say with certainty is that Carolina Property Management keeps you updated in a timely manner and executes with the highest degree of professionalism.

    An unknown person from this property management company emailed me to ask if I paid the rent for the month of January, which I had already paid. I am renting a property and the homeowner switched the property management company, which caused confusion with monies being accounted for. I understand the transition to the new management company, but I don't understand how $2,744.00 to be exact is unaccounted for. As a paying tenant this level of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially since the rent it almost $3,000. I haven't even made my first payment but based on my experience so far, I would not recommend using this property management company.

    Our property manager admin was merely checking with you to see if the payment was made already as we were in transition between property management companies. I am sorry that you felt this as "unacceptable". Our communication was to ensure that you were not billed for a payment you may have already made to the prior property manager.
