There are very few people who possess all the qualities we experienced with him: honest, trust worthy, humble, exceptional knowledge and experience, excellent listener, very hands on, always answers phone calls, accessible, very cost conscious, very easy to work with, and exceptional work. We received several, several estimates and interviewed several companies we were not comfortable with. It took us a very, very long time to find the right contractor. Mr. ********************** and his company took an old, 2 bedroom apartment with extensive fire and water damage and transformed it into a beautiful, updated living space.We had a waiting list of people interested in renting the updated unit. We know we found the best person.Mr. ********************** made improvements which were not only cost effective but where not in our contract, and we could not afford because he knew the positive impact. Mr. ********************** did an exceptional, beautiful job. This unit did not have full insurance replacement value, so we were out of pocket for a lot of the work. We were so happy and can't stop thanking him for what he accomplished for us.Mr. ********************** kept telling us to please bring our 90+ mom to see the completed, redone unit. We bought our mom for a walk through and she was in total awe, she kept saying "so pretty, looks like new places we see on tv". She could not believe, and we couldn't as well, ever imagine how great the unit turned out.I would definitely contract with Mr. **********************, again and highly recommend him. My family and I are so very grateful and thank Mr. ********************** for all, that he did for us, from beginning, inspectors, all unforseen issues in between, and the final masterpiece.****************
