    Arrived onsite for a 5pm reservation that I made a month ago for my daughters birthday for a party of 7. Called two days before to change it to a party of 4. We arrived at 5pm sharp. The gentlemen at the host station asked my name upon arrival. He asked party of 7 I said no it was changed to a party of 4. He then went ahead to as for my phone number. Once provided he looked at the book weird and said let me get my manager. He comes back and says ** showing a party of 2. I asked how is that possible if you just confirmed it was a party of 7 when I walked in. He said no that is not what he said. The party behind us even said that is what he said. The host goes on to say he only has it as a party of 2. The female manger now comes to the host stand and I explain it to her. She goes on to say well there is nothing I can do as the book states party of 2. I said you can clearly see in the book the reservation number was erased and changed. She tells me it was not the case. I took a photo of the reservation book to show it was changed. The customer service and ********************** at this location is extremely poor and unprofessional
