  My pick sent my mother here because it had 5 stars. This place does not deserve a 5-star. The staff in room 100 area is terrible. I was talking to my mom on the phone when someone came in to give her meds. The person could not answer the question of what are the meds for. This person lied and said my mom refused and told her not to come back to her room. My mother was able to speak so the staff gave her a hard time. I drove 4 hours to remove my mother from this facility. I called her insurance and asked if she was mistreated am I was forced to leave her there. The staff was saying if I left her insurance would drop her. If these ladies don't like their job then go somewhere else and not mistreat sick people. The place smells bad when you walk in. Beware of this place more less the staff with **** poor service to the patients. I reported this and their supposed to be an investigation. They need to clean the house of the staff I am speaking of.

  My mom was sent here from CMC main hospital after having a stroke. She was only there for a month and had a heart attack and a massive stroke. She was in a comma. She pulled through but my mom was admitted to a new facility and my mom would scream a womens name at the new facility and said she hit her. They also refused to give us any information on my mom and refused to let me and my brother in the facility. They kept my moms money until I contact Social Security and tell them to stop send money there. There is elderly abuse here and they are unclean.
