    The owner is friendly and charming and makes lots of promises but does not deliver. Work is careless and sloppy. He never shows up when he says he is coming except when he wants money. He has a million excuses, e.g. weather, illness, truck broke down, etc. He built a walkway 2 feet over my property line even though I gave him the survey drawing and had to redo it. He built a trash screen with a door that did not open from the inside, and I got locked in and had to climb over the 6-foot door. He fixed it first by replacing the handle with a two-sided one that stuck out 6 inches from the door. When I complained, he put back the old lock and attached a string over the top of the door to open it from the inside. His truck ran over my fence and caused major damage. He promised to replace it but left it barely standing up. He ordered a custom door in the wrong size for which I could not get a refund. His workers left trash in my yard and on the public path behind it. My friend who originally recommended him is having a similar experience.
