      we had a water leak from the roof that cause damage inside the house. I called and the employee came out to inspect the damages and arrange for someone to come out on Aug. 10th to repair. The person came out and made the repairs to the roof; however he could not do the inside repairs as he only repairs the roof.I contacted the company 3 times since Aug 10th repair of the roof-to see when they will come out to repair the inside ceiling. My last call was today- Aug. 1t6h- left detail message with no reply.

      Southern Star Roofing has been in business over 13 years.  This is our very first BBB complaint and we are taking this very seriously. Im sorry that you feel like we were not responsive to your phone calls.  However, as you stated, we repaired your roof leak on Aug 10 within 48 hours of you contacting our company. We repaired your roof as a courtesy, as you were out of warranty. You called our office on Monday, Aug 12 and the office manager spoke with you and told you that our roofers are not painters and that we were working on scheduling with a vendor to fix the interior.  She told you that she would contact you as soon as she knew what day and time they would be available.  You called again on Tuesday,Aug 13 and the office manager spoke to you again and told you that she was still working on getting this scheduled. You called again on Friday, Aug 16 and our office manager was on another call and could not answer your call.  You left a message.  She called you back and left a voicemail.  She never received a call back.  She called you again on Friday evening and never got an answer.  You then filed the BBB complaint. The office manager finally got ahold of you on Saturday.  You agreed with her that she did talk to you and you agreed that you were told she was working on scheduling.You also agreed that you would take this complaint down if contacted by the BBB.  It takes time to schedule with outside vendors since we have to work with their schedule. We had every intention of getting your interior repaired and you were aware that we were going to come make the interior repairs.Painting crew was on site on Aug 20 and has scheduled repairs.
