    ********************* is extremely unprofessional! I left a review on ****** about my experience with the consultation for skin services and I am honestly blown away by his rudeness both during the consultation and after responding to my online review. I called to cancel my appointment next week and since I pre-paid for it, I asked for a refund. I was threatened with signing an NDA and removing my review in order to receive my refund. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I am writing a complaint to the BBB, the **** and the Attorney General of **. I recommend that NO ONE wastes their time or money at Urban MedSpa in Charlotte, **. Complete and utter scam artists!
