    Abby H**** (The owner) is hositle, extrememly unprofessional, inappropraite and argumentative!! I've literally spent hundreds of dollars with this business and over the last 2 or so months everything went from bad to terrible! My orders were not being completely fulfilled, My orders were cancelled without notifying me that they were cancelled, I had to check the portal and then when I reached out to find out why no one responded! My views and my likes dropped and were not refilled, My subscribers dropped by over 300 and Abbey REFUSES to refill them, and I've submitted a minimum of 15 tickets to solve this. It took no less than a week for me to receive a generic response from the business that said they will look into it and they NEVER DID!!. The final straw was me requesting a refund close to 10 times now and I still haven't received it. Abbey alleges that she sent a $40 refund that I have NOT received and she says that she doesn't know when I will. I emailed the nasty emails that she sent me over to this BBB, please attach them to my complaint! BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS THEY DON'T GIVE A D** ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

    I refunded her last week on the 26th of Nov and attached proof. I care about customers who treat my staff with respect and want a working business relationship.

    I only corresponded with this person for the first time last week, after relentless attempts by my staff to solve her issue. 

    We have 30,000 + customers and have processed over a half of million promotion orders. I don't have time to work with miserable people, which is evident by this ridiculous complaint.

    Your resolution request for refund was already granted and account was closed. Best of luck and I hope your life gets better!

    I was only refunded AFTER I submitted over 15 tickets on your website & sent you over 10 emails! However, over 300 subscribers that I purchased from your website has DROPPED & you REFUSE to refill them! My views and likes that I purchased from your website also DROPPED & you refuse to refill them! Instead of being a credible business, you disable my account after over a year of me being a loyal customer & spending hundreds of my hard earned money with you. I don’t want the account as I refuse to ever give you guys a penny again. Even so, a reputable business would make the customer right in ways that they’ve wrong them and you calling me “miserable” instead of actually fixing the problem that YOU caused, speaks in volumes!!! If I’m “miserable” because I want WHAT I PAID FOR then call me miserable!!!

    I've been patient, I've been understanding, and I've turned the other cheek more than I should have. This complaint serves as a WARNING to anybody, business or consumer considering doing business with this business... This business will say that they'll do one thing and then they won't do it! If you place an order with them they won't tell you things like; they're not going to deliver on that order. If you submit a ticket, they'll take a minimum of  a week to answer it, and when they answer your ticket, it will be a generic response that they likely won't deliver on. 

     If they do give you the views that you paid for, pay close attention, because those views will DROP!! If they deliver the subscribers or the likes that you've paid for, again pay close attention, because those subscribers and likes will DROP!! When they do deliver it is ALMOST ALWAYS LATE!!! So if you drop a video today and you pay for their views, or likes today, don't expect to get them for hours later, IF YOU'RE LUCKY! They will also deliver your views the next day or so, just depending on how they feel. Don't bother to ask them questions because they WON'T answer them! They will be evasive and dismissive and if you are UNLUCKY enough to get the OWNER, she will be DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUEMENTATIVE, NASTY, AND EXTREMELY CHILDISH!!!! 

     No reputable business would call their consumers "miserable" for requesting a refund. But that's this business owners response to her business failing to deliver on multipe orders that I paid for! I've even had to block her because she continued to send me offensive emails. I've only submitted this complaint out of duress. My final straw was asking for a refund for a service that I NEVER received! I WAITED WEEKS before I even allowed myself to come to the point of requesting a refund!! I continued to listen to their lies saying that they were going to fufill my order which they never did! But after weeks of submitting over 15 tickets and being ignored, then emailing the owner a minimum of 10 times, I had no other choice!! I realize now that I stayed far longer than I ever should have. 

     I put up with their horrible behavior because I didn't know of any other place to go and get those services... But I do now, and I can tell you guys that there are other reputable businesses out there that you can patronize and not have to experience anything like this. It's worth it to look those other businesses up and save yourself both money and mental anguish. If you are a small creator like me, I know you don't have money to waste so do yourself a favor and KEEP SCROLLING PAST THIS BUSINESS!!!

    I purchased ******* Promo, but the Views Dropped and they were unable to fix and refused to provide a Refund. I don't recommend them. I Purchased ****** ******* Promo Views and they completed it. However, the views Dropped all the way down to ****** views. I sent several emails requesting this to be fixed. I was advised there was a Syncing problem and it would be fixed but I ignored.The problem has not been resolved and they refused to provide a refund. I shouldn't be punished for a Syncing Problem. They also didn't offer me a Discount or a Refund.,

    We have completed ALL orders for this customer. They opened a dispute 3 days after ordering, which isn't sufficient time to complete work. Our terms of service are pretty clear. They are actually the SAME customer who opened the other dispute with BBB last year, which they agreed was resolved. We have asked the customer to no longer use our services because they just don't understand how they work and opening a BBB dispute 5 minutes after ordering is a waste of everyone's time.
