      La peor compañía nos estafaron con paneles solares y usaron mi firma electrónica para meternos en un contrato la cual me estafaron usando mi firma Brian Jiménez Felipe Delgado son los responsables ellos vinieron a mi hogar ellos son de Alpha Energy son unos estafadores junto con ustedes he llamado para que quiten estos paneles solares y nunca ha respondido por favor a la jente que lleva esto no caigan en estas estafas todavía sigo para que me llamen para una respuesta y cuando los llaman no quieren desponder o dan versiones engañadoras son un fraude

      If it sounds too good to be true it is! This company came to my door, spent hours with ******* all sounded excellent. We scheduled the inspection the next day. In the meantime, I decided to do some research on my own. They promised this wasn't a loan - yet for 25 years you are paying for this & the cost ends up being very steep. They promised my HOA wouldn't have a problem with installation, wrong. I would be paying $98 monthly for the first year with the possibility of lower rates after that. That is more than I pay now. Read the reviews about delayed servicing, delays in servicing if something goes wrong, which it seems to quite often. So the next day I canceled, after being asked to give a reason. I explained all that & the reviews I found. They told me I had the wrong company & sent me a link to the "right" one. It was the exact same one I saw! Since then I have been receiving constant voicemails to call them back to remedy my decision to cancel. I have requested they stop, which hasn't done a bit of good. I am considering this harassment. They have no respect for your decision to cancel. I would never do business with this company.

      This company are thieves thats the only word l can think they install a solar panels in my house they promised that l will produce more than l use . But the garbage l get no even produces the minimum for my use., now l am paying electric bill over 200 dollars plus 200 for the solar panels panels., l call them and they said nothing l can do to fix it this like is my fault for getting solar panels financed.,

      If I could give negative stars I would My system has never worked properly Ive called made trouble tickets online called the contractor My bill is hundreds of dollars more plus my monthly payment to lightreach Im a senior citizen on disability and I feel I was taken advantage of by them and their contractors

      Have made multiple phone calls and emails about closing an account for deceased family member. Initially was told there was no account despite having statement charges. It wasn't until we sent an email saying we were selling the attached property that they found the account. Took multiple attempts to receive a copy of the original agreement. They have been more interested in us sharing the details of the potential new homeowner rather than helping us understand our options. (Shockingly, the new owners do not want to deal with them based on our experience.) They have caused us to delay closing. After trying to get an estimate for cancellation of their "lease" plan, we are told we have to buy the equipment instead, but the service agent said they were unable to discuss the price and that it could take up to a week for someone to contact us about it. Final attempt today to talk to a supervisor and was told they were "busy", but would call back in a window set the same day. They never called and when I made the new attempt, well after the window, I was told it can take ***** hours for a supervisor to reach out which is not what we were initially told. Overall unimpressed by the way the company has responded. Losing a family member is hard, but dealing with companies like this makes it even more difficult. Highly recommend to steer clear.##Update two weeks from original review:A customer service representative did email me after this review, but has been rather slow to respond often taking days. I pressed them for an estimate which took almost a week. SEE BELOW FOR ESTIMATE BREAKDOWN BEWARE: They said they estimate the buyout based on (size of the system) x (Fair market value in $ per KW in your state) therefore if you have a 7KW system and they estimate the value at $4.85, they ask you to pay (7000x4.85) or $33,950. The problem is that the state average in ***** where the property is located is between $2.10-$2.85. The national average sits somewhere around $3.

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would! This company is all about the hard sell, making promises they never intend to keep, and extremely poor customer service. As in other reviews of this company, we've continued to pay high electrical bills, even though we were told to only expect to pay $10/month to maintain a connection to ***********. Over the past 11 months, we have averaged a $133.76 bill with ***********! Palmetto's response to this is that we must be using way more energy than we ever have before. There are two people living in this house and have for over 27 years. We didn't just start using way more energy than we have in the past! One of their salesmen wrote to us saying our panels weren't functioning properly when they checked the system remotely and that technicians would be in touch. Never heard from anyone. When we reached out again, their ************* Team said they checked the system, and everything is fine. Such B.S. They're not going to fix it. What is the point in having solar panels if you still have to pay high electricity bills??? Lastly, the original salesman told us the trees in front would be trimmed so there was no interference with the panels. He texted this to us. It never happened. We learned that salesman was no longer with Palmetto. So, we paid someone to trim the trees and then went to Palmetto for reimbursement. They said the text from their salesman was not enough proof and they wouldn't reimburse us. The ************* Team's most recent response to us was that the salesman we referenced works for another company, and they left it at that. We told them he had left in our first message to them for service and reimbursement! It's not our fault he left, but it shouldn't affect being reimbursed. Still, they aren't reimbursing us, aren't sending out technicians, NOTHING! They do not stand behind their product. ******! Do not purchase solar panels from this company. Empty promises, substandard equipment, poor customer service.

      Each communication from the Palmetto Solar Customer Support Team is meaningless. It's a lot of nice words, but at the end of the day, they do nothing to actually help you. They reached out to me after I submitted this review, said how much they value their customers, and then said the system is fine and they aren't responsible for what the salesman promised (though the contract we have from Palmetto says they are responsible for anything done by their third-party contractors). I then replied to them on Monday, February 10th and asked them to send a technician to our house to check the solar panels and the system because something is wrong. Here is the production from our solar panels since installation (and remember, Palmetto says the system is fine): May 2024: ***** June 2024: ****** July 2024: ***** August 2024: ***** September 2024: ***** October 2024: ***** November 2024: ***** December 2024: ***** January 2025: ***** There's been a steady decline in production since last June, which then means we have had high electric bills to pay in addition to paying for the solar panels/system. It's now Friday, February 14th and I've heard nothing from them or any technician. I've been in contact with Palmetto since November 12, 2024, asking for assistance on all of these issues (production issues and false promises) .....they have resolved ZERO and they don't intend to. I share all of this with the hopes that prospective buyers will read this post, and so many others that have been submitted, and stay away from Palmetto!! They care about selling; they do not care at all about customers nor about standing behind their product. ZERO Stars

      The panels were installed in Feb/Mar 2024...never activated. After several calls and emails, nothing has *********** September of 2024 I got hail damage on my roof. I need them to remove and replace the panels to get the roof fixed. I called and called and emailed and called....every two or so weeks. I get the same answer...this is being pushed to management. ****, still nothing.On top of the non-action on the work requested, the company that originally installed the panels went out of business. I was never told this. I found out months later when I pressed the work requested. It is now nearly a year with no follow up or contact.If possible, I would give 1/2 or zero starts!

      They began installation of panels the day after Christmas of 2022 with a pause for the New Years holiday. Install was completed at the end of the week of New Years 2023. I have been back and forth with them, since then and is now 2025. It has been over 2 years, still paying my utility bill and my solar panels. I have NEVER had connection to the panels. They dont return texts or phone calls. They havent reimbursed any money except for the first 3-4 months in 2023. Palmetto is pathetic and I would highly never recommend them to anybody. All they want is your money. Once they have it, they forget you exist. I know I should have hired a lawyer a long time ago and will be seeking legal advice very soon.

      **************** is nonresponsive and they are almost impossible to get on the phone. It seems they like to email. We were notified 9/25/24 that our solar was not working. It was finally resolved 12/2/24 at a cost of $360 to replace a fuse. Wouldn't recommend Palmetto because trust is broken and those costs are ridiculous.
