I could not recommend ******** and his team with Solar Panel Pros enough if youre looking for roof repair or installation. We were in need of a new roof but didnt know where to start. ******** talked us through the process, answered all questions, and helped us every step of the way. He communicated on our behalf with our homeowners insurance to ensure we were getting everything we needed. With his help, we were able to get a new roof fully covered under our insurance (minus deductible). ******** was in constant contact so there were no surprises, was honest with paperwork, completed the work in a timely manner, and made sure that we were satisfied with the job. His team did a great job with the installation and he came back out to do a final inspection/cleanup. Will definitely go through Solar Panel Pros for any future roofing needs and solar panels.

I recently had my roof replaced by ****************************** and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable and ensured that the job was done to my complete satisfaction. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship was outstanding. They were always on time and in constant communication. I would highly recommend ****************************** to anyone in need of roofing services. They truly are a top-notch company!

These guys are awesome! I dont write many reviews but these guys definitely deserve one for the effort they put into my home. When I first used them they patched a part of my roof that was leaking but let me know that I would need to replace my roof pretty soon as well. I had them move forward with the patching which they did a great job with. I was so happy with my first experience that when I did need to replace me entire roof I had them come back to do that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that they explained everything so that I understood what they would be doing and what to expect and they really over delivered with my roof! I cant say enough great things about this company and would recommend them to anyone!

Received bid from ****************************** to replace roof from hail damage in August of 2022. Although their bid was about $3,000 higher than the average bid received, I agreed to utilize their services based on promise to meet the insurance adjuster's recommended services and willingness to rebate me $3,000 for a positive review on the Next Door app. After work was completed the conditions of the rebate were changed to being contingent to their receiving an actual sale from my recommendation - that was never mentioned. Work was done in September 2022 and after several weeks without rain, the first real downpour revealed a leak on one of the vent pipes.Made several attempts to contact Solar Panel Pros with an initial text which was responded to. However there was no further response to my followup text after the first acknowledgement.Hired an independent contractor to inspect the roof and they found some issues including flashing that was not replaced per insurance specifications and a significant number of countersunk nails against the shingles. Repairs to the vent pipe leak was $800 which I had to absorb. Flashing repairs would take approximately another $2,000 which i deferred until next spring. I am expecting to have to pay that as well. Not a good experience for me

We are sorry to hear that this customer had a bad experience with our company. It is solar panel pros main objective to provide a smooth and painless process when it comes to our customer and the work they hire us to do. Unfortunately with any company things can arise during the process that either were miss understood by one/both parties, damage occurs , time frames are not met, etc. At solar panel pros we try our best to prevent the issues from happening or rectify them to the best of our ability if they do. When we were finished with this job we were left with the impression that we had another job well done in the books, becausenone of this was brought to our attention. Needles to say we were shocked by seeing thisThis project was done in a timely manner, with many upgrades at no cost to this customer. He paid $0 out of pocket! When we saw this review we felt urged to reply based on multiple false accusations. In regards to the price, we gave this customer multiple upgrades on industry leading material i.e. synthetic underlayment, GAF HDZ shingles, Metallic roof vent was replaced not reattached as per insurance estimate or our estimate, drip edge for shed which is also not on the insurance estimate or our estimate, Ice and water was installed which again, was not on the insurance estimate or our estimate and we did all these services for under what insurance quoted using xactimate, which is a software insurance companies use based off industry standard pricing and current market rate. Not to mention when we installed the roof, material was at an all time high. Lets not forget this is covered under a 50 year warrant provided through GAF that at no additional cost. All of this companies typically charge an additional $800 to $2,000.In regards to us being 3k more expensive. that would insinuate that a company would be giving you $6,000 off your insurance estimate. Any reputable roofing company that would install that cheap would be using bottom of the barrel material/cutting corners which we refuse to do. Or the common bate and switch technique giving a low estimatethen raising the rate once the job starts. This customer was given $3,000 off the estimate as promised. In no way shape or form was the verbage "rebate" ever used in any fashion. Close to $900 dollars of that was gutters that werent damaged, that we didnt replace to help with that cost because the customer asked us to help him monetarily. All we asked in return was for a recommendation next door to make up for the heavy discount we gave, this is an advertisement discount we offer in different forms to all customers. The $3,000 dollar discount off insurance estimate was provided from day one and I have the signed estimate and invoices he paid. Not to mention when we picked up the final payment nothing was brought up regarding the accusations in this review. So saying we didn't give the discount is just not true.Therewas no obligation to procure business for us or provide a good review but if referred us business from neighbors we would provide an additional referral fee on top of the $3,000 discount that had already been received. Once again this customer paid $0 for this full roof replacement. After the roof was installed there was a secondary inspection, this inspection is to make sure that everything was installed properly, a 2nd round of clean up is performed, so that we could address any imperfections made before receiving final payment. We performed this secondary inspection and addressed any questions and concerns he had then. After that he had no additional concerns. After the appointment had concluded and a week and a half passed we were asked to come back and look at some concerns after he had gotten on the roof and damaged the ridge capping, also accusedus of not flashingthe roof which we showedhim was in fact done. Our appointment concluded with his satisfaction of concerns. In regards to the comment about the flashing not being installed as per the insurance estimate. Theinsurance estimate in fact did not have flashing labeled in any way shape or form and neither did our contract signed by him. Having said that, we did replace some step flashing that was deemed not reusable, at no additional cost to him.Countersunk nails means that the nail was driven all the way through the shingle. This is something that is easy to do with a three tab shingle, (seeing as how they are very thin) but very difficult with an architectural shingle that was installed. The only way to determine this is to break the adhesive bond that is above the thick nailing strip. On GAF it is about double in size compared to other brands. GAF shingles have(duragrip advanced sealant). Thisso strong and had so much time to cure(about ***** days estimated) it's almost impossible to separate that seal without pulling the nail through the shingle, giving the illusion of countersunk nails, resulting in damage. Please refer to this link to understand exactly how strong this adhesive is:*************************** As for the leak, the pipe in question was a heated pipe. condensation occurs when it becomes cold out. When we were called about the "leak" we had to reschedule the appointment to check on it and never heardback from the customer. If we missed each other we apologize but given the fact that he had complained about multiple things, that once shown or explained, he recanted his previousstatements. We figured that he realized that it was in fact not a leak and everything was fine. If this was not the case we apologize for any miscommunicationand will strive to be better in the future.A 1 year warranty on all workmanshipafter installation is given to all of our customers. We would have happily addressed this.
