    I paid for the Elite package for my son for a football camp that VTO was hosting. I paid an extra $75 for a video that was suppose to highlight all my sons performances and did not receive it. I have reached out to Coach ***** with no response and also VTO customer service and they responded that they will reach iut to the video company. This video was promised originally 2 to 3 weeks from Feb 17. Then it turned into 3 to 4 weeks and now I am not getting any response. It saddens me that a company that is "for the kids" could do something like this. He worked extremely hard for this highlight video and they cheated him.

    We paid $132.50 for a service, Football Combine/Camp, that was to be held in ***********, ******** on April 3rd.VTO reached out via email a couple days before that they rescheduled the event to June 3rd. Again a couple days prior to camp; another email was sent stating the camp was cancelled and they would send out a refund. After waiting several days; I reached out several times against multiple platforms- email , text, social media pages every time I got a response it was we are working on refunding everyone or I will get that process immediately etc etc etc Then a few days ago an email was received stating that there was a no refund policy ; however the no refund policy was if the parent/player cancelled. They said we could be credited to come to a different camp for free however they are not local and we cant travel several hours out of state to attend a camp they may or may not honor. I have requested a full refund; as a business that cancelled the event for no apparent reason I deserve a full refund. I did open a case with PayPal but VTO provided faulsified information stating the item was delivered- there was no item, again this was an even we paid for to showcase my son as an athlete- and there was no camp. I am hoping you can step in and help resolve this; because if VTO wants to remain a reputable company they should do the right thing and refund those people they stole money from by canceling the camp twice. Insurance was not purchased bc we had every intention on going but again THEY cancelled the camp. Thank you.*****************************
