I have ACN for my home phone line and for my home security line only. Lately, the phone line is not working, and my home security system will not work if the phone line is not working. I tried calling out on the line and the phone registers "no phone line". I've called the number on the bill and I get a recording that keeps saying the acct info is not registering. this has been going on for 1 month and 1/2 and my home security systems does not work. I now have just got a hold of them and they are going to schedule an appointment to get this thing fixed. I am still not happy because I've paid for the last month and 1/2 and the phone was not working.

We canceled the landline phone service. ACN is still charging monthly bills after cancelation. There is no way to contact customer service to clear up the issue. I was always able to contact customer service before canceling but now there is no way to talk to a representative and I keep getting additional monthly bills.

ACN *** is a fraud and seems to be hiding under the umbrella of *** for their fraudulent schemes. I've attempted to cancel my account through their webchat (which was the only method of communication provided). There was no confirmation of my cancellation or email which confirmed our logchat and resulted in me being billed continuously as though nothing has precipitated. I then proceeded to put a stop payment to prevent being billed, and now I'm dealing with a collections notice.

I recently worked with ***** from ********* Services with *********** to set up a new internet connection. Besides his expertise with ***********, ****** knowledge and efficiency with ***** services were impressive. Over the past month, he patiently answered all my questions and made the process seamless, completing the paperwork over a quick call. ***** offered exclusive deals that I hadn't seen elsewhere, showcasing his dedication to customer satisfaction. If you need a new internet connection or any ***** services, I highly recommend ***** for his professionalism and exceptional service. Thank you, *****, for your outstanding support!

So just found out today when my phone was disconnected that my account was sold to some company call Intermedia when I called ACN to figure out what was going on with my phone. So I call Intermedia give them all my info and they inform me that my name or none of my info is connected to the account where I'm totally shocked and they inform me they will give me no info about my account, take a payment or even let me speak to a supervisor on the matter. I said why can't you or a supervisor just call ACN and verify my info? He said "Because you aren't on the account" so I said ********************** just spoke to me, and that is who I thought my account was with until 5 mins ago. He told me they would not call so I said Hold on give me a second so I put him on speaker phone, used an employees phone put it on speaker phone as well and called ACN, verified all my info with them so this guy could hear, then told the ACN employ who had the same accent as the guy from Intermedia so he knew I didn't just call a friend and said can you please tell this guy this is my info, he verified it. the guy at Intermedia said he still wouldn't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a ACN supervisor and was told they could create a ticket and they would contact me in the next ***** hrs!!!!! Really?!?! I'm without my business phone all day, customers thinking I have been gone out of business and my phone number of 18 years is now in the pool so if someone signs up for a phone and mine pops up I loose a phone number of my business from the last 18 years. I'm beyond livid but then I checked my bank account and ********************** has auto drafted $53.87 a month out of my account since December right up until 4 days ago for this month!! But I have to wait ***** hrs to speak with a supervisor about the matter? ACN is a joke. If I loose my phone number because of this mess I plan to check into legal remedies to resolve this issue. if you had the same email brandall. **************. com and let's put together a class action cas

ACN is a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme. You probably sat through a webinar where some fella told you how he was able to retire from his job after six months because of how amazing this company is. Nonsense. This company thrives off the desperation of people looking for additional income. They persuade others to become a member, sign up for services, and recruit their friends. They won't actually make any money, but if enough people are signing up and paying a month fee, then the very few at the top make a boatload. You realize it's a scam and cancel your account after 9 months, but there are two suckers waiting to take your place and the train keeps rollin'.

Phenomenal Company. I strongly feel that those who had a bad experience were those who ran into the bad apples. Other than that, the company helps everyone from food banks to customers to the IBOs straight up to the guys at the top.You do not get that in companies today, my boss wont come down off his highchair to help me at my current job. I had been an ACN customer for many years. I received a notice that the company would no longer offer business phone services. I decided to go with a provider other than the provider ACN recommended. ACN services December 31, 2023 and the phone services were disconnected. For the years that I had been a customer, my payments were made automatically. I was shocked when I got an bill for January **** services and called to confirm that the bill was an error. The young lady I spoke with confirmed and assured me that I would receive an email confirmation. That email never came. Instead I receive an email threatening to take me to collections. Again, this made no sense because the phone was disconnected and ACN no longer offers the service. Today, I logged in to find the balance still showing due and ******* on the chat told me I still have to pay the bill or be sent to collections despite the fact that the bill states the service period is the month of January. To protect my credit, I paid the bill but I will never recommend ACN again and will cancel my other services. Shameful and disappointing!!
