    Dishonest, Apathetic, Refused to ************************* Regarding Complaint Filed.We hired this company to provide professional motor coach transportation services for our high school reunion group tour.The owners took a vacation and she assured us that their staff would provide us with the professional service that we entrusted them to perform after full payment was remitted over two weeks before our service date.Unfortunately, the exact opposite occurred and one of the owners was made aware of the poor service that we were receiving prior to our departure date in terms of ensuring us that the equipment on their coach was fully operational. Her staff members refused to text us back regarding when they would be in the office so that we could drop off our payment and inspect their coach. I had to shove our payment under their office door.The day of the event, their driver arrived 30 minutes later than the agreed upon time to spot and our tour began nearly a half an hour late. He stated that he was involved in an accident. I inspected the coach and did not notice any damage other than a short horizontal scratch on the bumper. Also, one of the ** screens was not operational, there was an opened container of a lite beer bottle on the drivers side, the toilet paper roll was empty in the bathroom, and during the tour he accepted multiple phone calls and missed several directions given to him placing us in danger from his distracted driving.To date (4 months later) their is no record of an accident on their ***** record online.This information was reported to one of the owners who then passed it on to her husband who we had no interactions with during the entire process. They have refused to provide a written response to my written complaint after multiple requests.We will not be using this company again as they placed their own interest ahead of ours after we entrusted them to provide us with a safe and enjoyable ride during our reunion tour!
