Nothing but a great experience at Dreamwork Automotive!! Everyone is so nice and considerate. The car was what I expected, and mechanically is great but I knew I was buying a used car and it wasnt going to be perfect and they were up front and honest about it all. They even led me in the right direction for everything I needed. When you give ******************** you receive it. I will recommend Dreamwork to everyone.Dream Work Automotive LLC

I was in search of a car that was hard to find. I contacted dreamwork and they found one out of state and had it here within 3 days !! Had a slight blemish on the front right fender that they agreed to take care of and they did ! This car has been great and have had no problems. I'm about to go back to them and get a truck next !Dream Work Automotive LLC

10/10 recommend! The team at Dreamwork Automotive was very diligent and responsive when assisting us. We had a very tight budget, but they went above and beyond to help us find something within our budget. We were able to leave with a beautiful car. We will 100% be going back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.Dream Work Automotive LLC

i bought a 2017 sti from dreamworks. Within just six days and 700 miles of driving, the car I bought from Dream Works began making knocking noises. Upon inspection, it was found to have dangerously low to no oil levels, a potentially catastrophic oversight. Yet, when I reached out to the company, they appeared unconcerned. I was told thats weird.Adding insult to injury, the supposed 7-day guarantee i was told by the salesman turned out to be a complete fabrication. Car Gurus, the platform through which I made the purchase, confirmed they offered no such guarantee. This blatant lie speaks volumes about Dream Works' integrity.Upon raising my concerns with the company, I was met with dismissiveness and blame-shifting from the general manager. Instead of acknowledging their responsibility for selling a defective vehicle, they attempted to deflect blame onto me, suggesting I somehow caused the issues in a remarkably short period..Moreover, upon reviewing my communication history with the salesman, it became apparent that Dream Works had declined recommended transmission work, a fact conveniently omitted during the sale. The extent of the car's issues was staggering. From needing a new clutch and a bad front axle to a leaking steering rack and missing battery tie-down, the repair bill amounted to a staggering $5,000. And as if that weren't enough, further inspection revealed an additional $2,000 worth of repairs required for a fourth gear synchro issue, alongside torn wheel well liners and broken canards. The performance shop who did the work said no way it would happen in this short time. Clutch wasnt disengaging due to a bad pilot bearing that only goes bad over time or when the transmission is put back in incorrect. Steering racks only leak when the seals break down over time.In conclusion, I strongly caution against purchasing a vehicle from Dream Works Automotive without thorough, in-person inspection. BY ALL MEANS STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHADY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.Dream Work Automotive LLC

*****, it is very disheartening to read that you are so unhappy. We pride ourselves in providing a stellar car buying experience and that is exactly how yours went even through the out of state delivery process. With that being said I am extremely disappointed by the inaccurate information and lack of honesty in your review. We were and have been completely transparent and patient with you throughout the whole process. You were aware that you were purchasing a highly modified vehicle that had a built motor and a long list of upgrades totaling over $20k. The salesman you were working with sent you multiple videos as well as pictures of the car before any money exchanged hands. You also requested that we have a compression test as well as a leak down test performed on the vehicle prior to sealing the deal. We had both of those tests performed at the local ****** dealership where the vehicle was serviced before going online. That service included an oil change, safety and emissions inspection, sway bar link replacement and a 4-wheel alignment. The vehicle was serviced by the professionals and given a clean bill of health prior to leaving our dealership. The 7-day guarantee that you are referring to applies if the vehicle arrives and does not represent what was advertised. The vehicle met exactly what was advertised and you never requested to return the vehicle at any point in those 7 days. We offered to replace the canards for you, which are not $500, and you declined. Instead, you requested $1000 under the threat of a bad review, which we declined. The clutch is a wear and tear item and if it was bad on arrival, you would not have been able to put close to ***** miles on the vehicle. During your conversations with your salesman after delivery you never brought up any issues with the clutch. You purchased a used modified vehicle AS-IS and drove it close to ***** miles. *** our conversation prior to this review I was more than happy to assist you in replacing the 1 aftermarket broken canard, even though it was displayed in the videos you received. We did everything that you requested prior to the shipping of the vehicle. I do empathize with the car issues that you are experiencing but your frustration is misplaced, and your review is a misrepresentation of your experience with our dealership. I wish you nothing but the best going forward with your vehicle and if you would like us to assist in sourcing parts to save you some money on repairs, we are more than happy to assist.Review fromHarrison T

I am beyond unsatisfied with this dealership. I ordered a car online, and was not satisfied with the condition of the car when it arrived. The photos online did not show the amount of damage that the car had, and I was upset by this. The dealership contacted me regarding my review and said they'd compensate me $300 for the parts that were missing, which were not shown in the pictures. We agreed over the phone that they'd send me a check for that amount, but it's been several weeks now, and I contacted them again, and they're refusing to send me the money until I delete my review. CarGurus does not allow you to delete reviews, however, so I'm not going to be compensated after all. They were never compensating me for the missing parts, but rather were trying to buy a positive review. Despicable, shady, sleazy, all around TERRIBLE experience.Dream Work Automotive LLC

********, I am truly disappointed by the inaccuracies in your review. Prior to the vehicle getting shipped to you, you received multiple videos as well as pictures of the vehicle from your salesperson. We reached out to you in order to try to help you out the best that we could, and you decided to threaten us with negative reviews unless we compensated you in the way you wanted. I am sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory, but we tried our best to help you out the best way that we could. I wish you the best of luck going forward!
