My husband and I purchased a 2023 ****** pathfinder from the ********* location on 4/13/24. Before we drove off the lot the forward driving aid sensor popped up. My husband went inside to get the salesman to see if he knew why it was on. He cleaned a random sensor behind the rear view mirror and reset the sensor and said sometimes they just get dirty. We left thinking it was fixed. The next day it was back on. It continued to do it daily . Then another issue occurred . The temperature inside the car was reading -20 degrees outside which made the air conditioner stop blowing out cold air. It later fixed itself. This problem has continued to be an issues off and on randomly since then. We contacted echo park that then said we were past the return date . We called them back as we still were having issues , the lady we spoke with that time didnt know we had purchased the vehicle because she said it was still showing available on the lot . We finally had enough and called ****** to take it in. We took it in and was told the battery needed recharged and needed a new ambient sensor. The problem was fixed for one day. We took it back to ****** who then informed us that this vehicle has had these issues since JUNE 2023 due to IMPACT DAMAGE . WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE WHEN PURCHASING. ****** stated Echo park should have known about these issues when purchasing it at the auction! We called ********* today. We were told they cant do anything. WE INFORMED THEM WE ARE NOT PAYING 900$ to fix this when it was not caused by us. And it isnt under warranty because it was caused by an IMPACT. THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS FIX THIS ISSUE THAT WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT OR TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK AND PROVIDE A REFUND!! DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THE VEHICLE YOU SOLD US WITH FALSE INFORMATION THAT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN DAMAGED FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR FOR THE EXACT SAME 2 ISSUESReview from Laura S

I purchased a 2013 ***** Civic for my daughter on 6/29/24. I was advised the vehicle had a 190 point inspection - it did not!!!! After they claim to have fixed my alignment 2x and 3 (yes 3) broken motor mounts, the alignment is STILL NOT FIXED. Additionally, the vehicle needed new brakes and rotors and still isn't driving right. There is absolutely no way anyone inspected this vehicle. I have been lied to multiple times regarding the repairs and every time I bring it to someone's attention they make excuses instead of owning their part. Despite being given the direct number to the service manager (she doesn't answer or return calls), l can't talk to anyone over the phone as they claim that email is their only form of communication. It's incredibly inefficient since no one ever responds! The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership, and I have dealt with many.Review from Sunny D

***** BEWARE!!! I PURCHASED A *** FROM HERE AND they SAY THAT THE *** HAS BEEN INSPECTED CLEARLY, it had not i took THIS *** BACK 3 TIMES ALREADY SINCE THE PURCHASE ON JUNE 8, 2024, i was given a loaner drove it to work and after work it would not crank stood out there in hot sun for hour and half after i was ask could i get someone to jump off their truck that been inspected mind you !!! i said no i do not have anyone but some did end up stopping and helping me by then i got a call back saying they sent someone to change out truck!!! call back to deal which you do not get connected directly i had to call ***** the person that schedule to repairs and AND THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEMS BUT BEWARE TO HAVE THEM PRINT OUT THE PAPERWORK BECAUSE I TOLD THE SALEPERSON WHICH WAS ******* THAT I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING ADDED!!!!! TO THIS CONTRACT BUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THE *** Had ****** MILE AND THE CONTRACT IS FOR 3 YEARS OR ****** MILES extended warranty only IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY FIDELITY SERVICE NOT ECHO PARK!!! ******* READ OFF THE THING TO SIGN AND DID NOT SAY THAT THEY ADDED LOSS PROTECTION *****, PERMA PLATE 699. and THEFT OF catalytic converter 499 WHICH was ADDITIONAL ***** FOR JUST ADDED ON BY ECHO PARK I WENT BACK AND TALK TO *** WHICH DIDNT SEEM ALL CONCERN JUST Said WE SIGN IT!!! AND I STATED TO HIM I TOLD **************** ONLY WANTED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I AM STILL WAITING ON THE GENERAL MANAGE CALL WHICH I WAS TOLD LAST WEEK SHE CALL BUT DI D NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN I CALLED TODAY TALK TO ***** WHO SAID ILL GET SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK AND I ASKED HIM HOW WOULD THEY AND YOU DID NOT ASK FOR CALL BACK # IF YOU GO HERE JUST MAKE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INSPECTING THEM CORRECTLY JUST ENOUGH THAT THE ***** WANT TELL UNTIL YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK. Had to wait 45 minutes upon arrival despite calling, getting a text from **** and booking an appointment online. When a sales associate was finally assigned to us he left us 3 times the rest of the night to "go do something" and didn't come back for ***** minutes each time with no explanation, leaving us hanging unnecessarily. When actually purchased a car had to wait another 30 minutes for papers to be just printed. Then had to go through another presentation to buy a warranty despite the rep knowing beforehand I didn't want one. Car was not ready for pickup at promised time either. More waiting. On the flipside the car was immaculate and spectacular in every way and very pleased with it! Yes, if you are wondering, the price is not negotiable and there are no add'l fees above advertised price so you know exactly what you will pay.. Sooo, in conclusion, if you are patient and tolerant of large amounts of time being wasted then would recommend and you'll be happy with your car!Review from Brian G

I went to the EchoPark dealership in ********, **. I test drove a 2022 Ram 2500 at the dealership and informed them of my intent to purchase the vehicle. As I was paying cash and did not have an "approved" form of payment, they informed me that I could hold the vehicle with a $500 deposit either made at the dealership when signing all the paperwork, or could make a non-refundable $500 deposit online to hold the vehicle. I was unable to do this online at the dealership as the internet connection would not allow it. When I arrived home at 6:00 pm, I immediately logged in to the dealership website and completed the deposit. I received a phone call from the dealership confirming my appointment to pick up the truck later this week. I also received 3 emails thanking me for joining their program and telling me my car had arrived. An hour later, I received a phone call from the sales manager, *********************************, telling me that someone had arrived at the dealership and that they were selling the truck to another person. After a tense discussion, ******* refused to back down or see my point. She refused to honor my hold and told me of her intent to sell the car.I feel this is a breach of contract seeing as I had a verbal contract with the salesman and sales manager when I was in the dealership 4 hours prior. I was even given a printout of the sales price and agreement. Do not do business with this company. They have done this before, as previous reviews have stated.Shame on me for not heeding other's advice.Review from Briley C

***** was great! She got me in the vehicle I wanted and she did it perfectly within my price range as well!! I highly recommend getting your car with her, she is simply the best! She walked us thru and explained everything, once in person it was a hassle free and QUICK process! She definitely made purchasing this car an enjoyable experience!
