      I purchased a 2024 *************** at a good price. During my test drive all seemed well. I drove it home and after a couple of days when the weather got hot I turned on the A/C and it wasn't blowing very cool. Then I noticed that the cruise control wasn't working and the precollision breaking system turned off and I couldn't turn it on. I brought it back to EchoPark who brought it to the ****** dealer. They had to replace the A/C compressor, which was under warranty and at no charge. They also determined that the EightSight cameras, that are responsible for the operation of the cruise control and the precollision breaking system, weren't working due to an aftermarket windshield that had been installed. For the cruise control and the precollision breaking system to work an OEM windshield needed to be installed. The windshield was not covered under the ****** warranty. The replacement cost to EchoPark was about $2000.00. Tris the person I was working with said it was too much money and he was going to look for an alternative. 2 weeks my Forester was still at the ****** dealership with no resolve and Tris went silent. I was told at the time of purchase that the Forester had a 190 point inspection. Obviously there was no inspection. Tris said he had the paperwork to prove the Forester was inspected. I told him the the paperword obviously was rubber stamped. These people are the reason that used car dealers are not trusted. I reached out to the saleman who sold me the Forester, he was absolutely useless. I reached out to the *********** who I was told someone would get back to me, nobody ever did.

      I paid cash for a car. Echo park took over 60 days to issue a license and inspection. Its been over 90 days and I still dont have a title. They put me on hold and leave me on hold when I request information about getting the title. Texas state law requires they provide a title within 30 days. No customer support with basic purchase requests like the temporary tag expired. A real clown show

      My experience with ********* was nothing but AMAZING, shopping for cars can be a hassle but echo park really took their time to get you in the best car...shout out to *******, he made my car experience great?? ?? check them out I promise you will not be disappointed. ??

      Called in beforehand and spoke with ******. ****** assured me that what I wanted to do with my trade-in would be totally fine with no issue. I drove 1 hour to the location to discover that she had either lied to me or was totally ignorant to my question. All she wanted to do was setup an appointment with me to get me there. I have doubts that she even understood what I said on the call. Avoid this place and if you speak with ******, ask for another agent who actually knows what they're talking about and won't lie to you.

      I visited EchoPark about a month ago to get my car appraised. When I returned later and asked if the appraisal was still valid, they assured me it was. They told me that if I came back the next day with the proper paperwork, they'd honor the original appraisal amount.Well, I came back the very next dayjust like they told me toand suddenly they claimed they couldnt honor the appraisal anymore. They dropped the offer by $1,500 with no good explanation. Extremely shady business practices.If I wasnt in a rush, I never wouldve sold my car to them. I highly recommend staying far away from this place.

      Purchased a vehicle on MARCH 31, in ******,GA tried to call a bunch of times, left several messages no callback ,to ask questions about warrantys they pushed on me at the day of purchasing my vehicle ,when I did get a answer they said they were sending a form which I could cancel which I never got . This company after the purchase sale care is nonexistent .

      Bought a ***** here last year. Im filing my 2024 tax return and need a specific document from the dealership. I have called every day and even went in person and I'm always told that "accounting has left for the day and they will call you tomorrow." Well it's been 5 tomorrows and they haven't called. They will tell you whatever is needed to make the sale and as soon as they have the money they ghost you. I need the tax documents today!

      I cannot warn you enough to not shop here. Worst decision I have ever made was buying a car here. It has been nothing but pain and headaches since my purchase and they have been nothing but unsupportive and lack so much integrity that Im at a loss for words.
