      I purchased windows from Moss Supply Company for a new residence in 2014, with a 20 year warranty. Seals in the windows have began to sag and defects between the 2 panes of glass are present in ALL of the windows. A few of the windows had to be replaced within 5 years of the install because of the same defects that are present today. Since purchasing and installation, the manufacturer has closed its ******** location and the distributor who I purchased them from are no longer a supplier due to the number of issues customers have encountered. January 29th, 2024 I started a warranty claim with Moss Supply Company in *********, **. The service manager and I discussed my concerns with the windows through phone and email conversations. I was informed the windows had to go through production. Periodically, I would check the status of the windows and continued to receive the same response " they're in production ". RECENTLY, I have tried to contact and left messages for Moss Supply Company and the service manager 7 times, since June 11th, 2024 AND sent 2 emails inquiries. Unfortunately, I have not received an acknowledgement, update, or timeline.I would like a FULL REFUND of the windows and installation at TODAY'S PRICE. The refund will be used to replace and install new windows from a competitor, since Moss Supply Company is unable to supply, keep up with production, or pull the windows from their distributors inventory. I can provide all documentation of receipts, emails, call logs unpon request. Unfortunately, due to the size of the documents, I'm unable to upload to this page.
