I place two orders from Cato fashions in December and both of the orders had issues with some items missing and incorrect sizes. so I contacted them to let them know of the problem and was advised they would issue a refund for the missing items and I can return the other items for a refund I returned both orders and they have not issued a refund or contacted me and now they have my money and the items. I want a refund for both of these orders. the order numbers are ******* and the second one is *******. and I have also attached a copy of the return labels.Business response

On 1/7/2023 I mailed back 3 orders :*******, *******, ******* all were packaged together and shipped in ONE box. Each invoice was marked alerting whoever opened the box that 3 different orders were inside and that I had paid for my own return shipping. On 1/12/23 I received an email from Pay Pal alerting me to only a partial refund for one order as I had been charged $6.95 for their return shipping label. On 1/13/2023 I called customer service hoping to resolve the matter and obtain my refund as I have the **** shipping information instead I was told I would have to FAX a copy of the **** receipt and tracking in order to possibly get my$6.95 back. I would have to PAY to fax this because who has a fax machine? This is completely unacceptable. I have the **** tracking number and I also have photos of the items in the box, the box itself and the box with the shipping label attached. **** a priority mail **** **** **** **** **** 06.Business response

Cato has reviewed the compliant and information provided by the customer and acknowledges that the customer should not have been billed for return shipping of her items. Customer did purchase and use her own USPS shipping label and not the UPS label that was provided by Cato. Cato will be issuing a refund check to ************ in the amount of $6.95 and apologize for the error on her return.Customer response
