    End of July 2023, a huge moth infestation from Sachs peanuts began. I don't know when the egg larvae began to hatch. Our cupboards were filled with food that had been infested with hundreds of moths and egg larvae and according to health experts had to be trashed. I contacted ******, filled out a report and was called by ********* *******, their legal, who informed me that Sachs peanuts was responsible to replace cost of the infested food, approx. $400. All 12 cupboards, from floor to ceiling had to be vacuumed and disinfected, shelf paper replaced. It took weeks to clear out the moths and clean the cupboards. Sachs offered me $25 and a bag of peanuts. I told them this was unacceptable, and they have not contacted me since then. I have the receipt for the peanuts and the ****** product number.
