Paragon Revenue Group has submitted an over 30 day past due report to credit agencies when the account is not over 30 days past due. Paragon Revenue Group shows a **** account opened 9/20/2021, which was before the service date of 10/12/2021. The statement was just issued 10/29/2021 for services rendered at ****************************** on 10/12/2021. Paragon submitted the over 30 day past due report to credit agencies initially on 10/29/2021, which is the date the statement was issued and not more than 30 days past due. I have submitted disputes with all three credit bureaus and will be submitting a complaint against ****************************** as well. This derogatory report needs to be removed from my credit report immediately, as no account was past due. I verified with ****************************** that there is only one account with them and nothing on their records has any amount as past due, much less past due for more than 30 days.

Called to resolve debt. Asked woman for balance, she proceeded to tell me that there are additional amounts owed. I asked if she could send me an account of all debt owed, she told me they do not send itemized bills, I asked if there was someone else I could speak to because she was rude, she hung up. Now when I call I cannot get anyone on the line. Now she has reported a 2nd collection on my account after Ive called to resolve the account. Can they blatantly try to ruin my credit?

I checked my credit report and noticed I had 2 collections from Paragon Revenue Group that was opened in 04/10/2021 for $250.00 and 05/12/202 for $250.00 with account number starting in ******** and ******** that I do not recall and am not liable for. I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with them. This is fraudulent and a violation of my rights. This inaccurate collection is not mine. If you believe this account is mine, prove the validity.I would like all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate and fraudulent collection to be removed from my credit report or I will file for litigation and report you to the **** and FTC.

Hello, I'm writing this letter to notify Paragon Revenue group, AKA DBA Paragon, AKA **** Barry group, or any other desirable names that they come up with in ******* **************. I was insured by ******** because I am on Social Security disability, and they are trying to collect a debt for something that was covered at the hospital. I contacted the hospital to let them know as well, and they said to contact the debt collection company which would be Paragon. Everybody is causing me hardship and grief, when I don't owe anybody anything at all. I can prove everything I'm saying, I have lots of documents from ******** and ****************************** showing that I was disabled the whole time. Paragon is trying to collect money on a debt that I don't know. I contacted the *********************** as well. I would like then to remove all negative info on me at the credit bureaus. It needs to be prompt and accurate, or I will have to file civil judgement at the courthouse. Thanks

St ******* Hospital was applying my payments to incorrect accounts. On 3/12/21 my attempt to resolve failed and it was sent to Paragon for collection. I sent Paragon copies of the checks w/explanation of St. ******* clerical error with a check for $250. I rec'd a call from what I later learned to be "******" at Paragon. A recording of that call will explain why I did not continue the conversation. I had never rec'd a call from a collection agency and assumed it was a scam (my credit score was high 700's) On 9/8 I spoke with Savanha from Paragon and she set me up on 3 payment plan. I immediately sent another check for MORE than agreed. Meanwhile, I kept getting notices of credit score problem and when I checked, it appears ****** has been reporting me EACH TIME HE RECEIVES A CHECK. I strongly suspect he is reporting out of spite because our telcons are disasterous. I reply to his hostility w/same and my GREAT credit score is now 699 for a HOSPITALbill I was and continue to pay.

Rec'd first notice of payment plan today that states my payments are timely, yet Sherod reports to credit bureaus that I am NOT paying. I do not trust he will remove his reports as he has not been truthful in his reporting so far. He is not respectful or reasonable and has been falsely reporting to the credit bureaus since our first communication. This all results from a CLERICAL error of initial billing, which I have provided evidence, As long as "sherod' is handling this account the unscrupulous reporting and bullying will continue. Sherod has skirted the truth and facts which has resulted in an UNFAIR, ILLEGAL atttack on my credit standing. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP. I'm AHEAD of payments, not behind as he FALSELY reports.

Information reported to the credit bureau has been verified and is correct. Credit reports are updated to show payments are being made. The referenced account will be removed from the consumer's credit report once the account is paid in full.

The referenced account placed in our office on July 9, 2021 and was set up on a payment plan September 8, 2021, which exceeds 45 days, set by our client for credit reporting.

Paragon NEVER advised me of payment plan until I CALLED THEM and mailed in a payment of $350 IMMEDIATELY. That was the SECOND payment I sent and was not sent any notice of delinquency, rather they reported maliciously to the credit bureaus and have embarked on a thug mentality to collect a MEDICAL DEBT I'VE BEEN PAYING. I do not trust them to remove these incorrect reports as Sherod as personally lied and misrepresented his intentions. Someone listen to his recordings...and STOP HIM from ruining my credit. I AM PAYING the bill and he insists I am not. He's not offering a resolution..,he continues to lie and report me based on those lies.

      Business response

      05/25/2022

The account was paid in full on 11/05/21 and removed from the consumers credit on 11/06/21.
