I have been calling texting and emailing regarding my refund status from coverwhale insurance. I received a quote from Charles string insurance around January and made a deposit of ***** however the underwriter with coverwhale did not approve the policy due to the truck and trailer requirement. So we were looking at progressive insurance *********************** insurance agent for Charles string gave me another quote and asked for a refund from coverwhale. While waiting on the refund I contacted my bank to speed up the process while waiting on refund. As of today I am still getting the run around about my refundBusiness response

The initial down payment was processed through Cover Whale's online platform on 1/10/2024 by our agent, *******************************. ******** requested the refund to be issued by Cover Whale after the customer decided to cancel the transaction. The refund for this transaction was issued by Cover Whale on 2/6/2024 and we attempted to contact ******* at that time to confirm she received the funds but did not get a reply until 2/26/2024. When ******* contacted us on 2/26/2024, she asked "Where is my refund I still haven't received it." Acting as the intermediary, we contacted Cover Whale, who requested a copy of *******'s bank statement to verify the funds were received. After asking ******* for the bank statement to provide to Cover Whale, she sent us a screen shot of the claim reversal from her bank. I believe this claim reversal would indicate the funds were returned by Cover *****, otherwise she would have been double credited after disputing the charge with her bank. I am more than willing to assist in resolving this complaint and would love to help any way I can.
