So I bought a motorcycle out of impulse buy and Ive been wanting to try to return the bike or sell it back and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Return the phone call or anything not from the sales person or from the manager.Business response

I understand that you made an impulse purchase when you bought the XG500. I apologize that you have not been able to reach anyone here at the dealership for a solution. We have tried to reach out to you a few times this past week to discuss this with you and have not been able to reach you. I traded in my motorcycle with this dealership on 10/5/21. I bought a new to me motorcycle 2017 road glide. I got a letter today from the *** stating that my liability insurance had lapsed on the motorcycle I traded in. I contacted my insurance company and found out speedway HD had never taken the motorcycle I bought out of the previous owners name and put in theres and had not registered it in my name as they had been paid to do. They moved the tag off my old bike and put it on the new bike and told me I was all set. Now I have been riding a bike that is registered to someone else, paid insurance and made a payment on a bike that is registered to someone else. All I want at this time is the bike I traded in out of my name the bike I did buy registered in my name. The tag transferred like I paid to have done before I am fined for not have insurance on a bike I no longer own by 11/18/2021 or they pay the fine to the state.
