I paid for two months at Glenwood acres rv park and I paid for both months in advance ensuring my part of the deal was held. We are coming out of the Army and trying to start a civilian life which isn't as easy as it seems. We have since relocated to ******, ************** due to the fact we were harassed by being asked every time we walked out the camper, it was how long my kids were staying and when i first spoke with ***** she was fully aware of my situation and knew that my husband had a dog, and we were trying to get it service registered. She explained to me that was fine and most places would not let us have it so she was Rasing the rent to $1000 a MONTH for us but for everyone else they only paid $850. She then later told us if we had the dog by the next month we would have to move out when others were moving in with dogs and the neighbors had two very loud little dogs, when confronted she stated they were all service animals but online it states they take pets? When I got sick of the harassment and issues with my kids and my husband being tracked down every time, we left the camper i decided it was time to move. I was also told that we couldn't have two cars there because it took up too much space. My husband was forced to fix their waterspout because it was leaking, and nobody knew what to do about it when asked. To say we were highly disappointed would be an understatement. I told ***** we would be leaving and she said it would be about $253 i would get it within 30 days. I since have tried to call on multiple occasions as well as my husband and we have been told we are threating her and we have only asked to speak to a manager or the owner and she said she would leave a message with him to call us back but he is a busy man she also mentioned there are many people waiting for their money too and that accounting **** was handling that and it has been months since anything has been done I just want my money back that is owed to me.
