Helped my Mother order a chair from Lilys Country Furniture in March of 2020. Paid in full for chair. Patiently waited for chair, as was aware that covid hampered production, but have sent emails, letters and made many phone calls ( with no answers ) and now feel that the money was stolen and no chair is forthcoming. My Wife and I ordered furniture from ****'s Country Furniture in the amount of $2800 back in April 2021. Three years have passed by and we have 1) not received our furniture. 2) were promised by owner on several occasions in 2021 & beginning of 2022 that we would have our furniture by certain dates. 3) have now learned that he is no longer taking orders but based on your complaints we saw that he was taking orders in 2023. We are looking to file in small claims court but not sure if this is possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch from ****'s Country Furniture on 4/8/2022. I received an envelope from them about a month later saying that my couch would be delivered in July 2022. On January 12, 2023 I received back from ******'s country furniture an invoice 11 804 that says paid in full January 12, 2023 in the amount of $1258 for the purchase of a ******** chair and a ******** ottoman. I paid through PayPal estimated shipping date was April 12, 2023. I have called six times with no answer back from the voicemail I left. I have just read other complaints and now wonder if this in fact, it's a scam I'm not sure what to do next in order to try to reclaim that significant amount of money.Initial Complaint

On October 1, 2021, I purchased a custom made chair. I was told it would ***********-12 months for delivery. I never received the chair. I placed an order for a sofa on September 13, 2021 and paid $1549.00 by credit card. I was told it would be delivered December 13, 2021. 15 months later, numerous text messages sent, voice mails left and emails and other than a call where they actually answered in January and was told to expect delivery in early spring, l have not heard ANYTHING! I have decided to cancel the order and want my money back. But can't get in touch with them! I have called my credit card company and that area's Chamber of Commerce and neither can help. I purchased a settee from this company back in February 2021. The owner *********************** used to answer his phones and strung me along on time of delivery. He had one excuse after the next. I kept the hope that he would follow through. But others along with myself paid this man in full $1,199 for me for a piece of furniture that I do not have. No communication, nothing. I bought a settee from this company and paid in full 12/02/2021 using ****************** sent me swatches of the fabric and said it would be delivered approximately in March 2022. I have not received the sette, it is now Oct 2022. I have called, no answer. I have emailed them, says it is not deliverable. PayPal says it has been too long to file a complaint and wont refund my money.
