  This business is a scam - avoid. I met with **** (the owner), gave him an order for a full set of cabinet doors and drawers, and paid him a 50% deposit. He quoted me 3 week delivery. Over a number of months, when **** would answer the call, he strung me along saying that the order was in process and would finish the next week. After 4 months he again said he would complete the following week and I could pickup then. When I called to arrange pickup he had not even started the order so I demanded a refund. Unfortunately I had already removed all the existing doors and he knew this. Did not bother him that he left me in a bad position. This man will not hesitate to lie to your face.

  First of all you have no idea what is happening in the supply chain due to the supply chain is so badly broken. We struggle every resupply order to get the many supplies that we need to make our products. The availability is hit or miss and sometimes these products are not available for 120 days or more. The product this person wanted has not been available at a lower cost of (40%) less than when you ordered. We had continued to search through 6 different vendors and could not find the product you wanted at a price in the range it was selling for at the time of order. We cannot make an order for you and GIVE it to you. I have a suggestion for you. Take this complaint to ************* office and let him know what he has done to our entire supply chain in *****************. We have about 30 high tech machines we use to make our products. They do break down and require service techs and parts. Some of these go down for 6 months until we are able to locate parts and a tech to do the repair to the system. This is also a problem with COVID and SUPPLY CHAIN. Do us a favor, when you see *** tell him about this HUGE problem as well! Most consumers and business operators usually head in another direction when things aren't happening fast enough for them. I suggest you might consider this in your project. You could have made the change at anytime. We quickly refunded your money with in 24 hours upon your request. We try our best at all times. You have a very ****** mouth and thank GOD we don't have many people like you. These are trying times and you sir need to not come back. We make thousands of doors and have many many happy customers with our quality and price. You are one out of ****** who could not be satisfied. Take you attitude somewhere else.
