  DO NOT GO HERE! After months of going back in countless times, them PROMISING me they would help me. They've done nothing but s**** me over. They have lied to me countless times. Every time they made a set of dentures, they did NOT fit in my mouth. The teeth were made visibly poorly and cheaply. I would keep going in and telling them exactly what needed to be adjusted and they would IGNORE me and do what they wanted to do! Every time I did a fitting/impression they would not listen or communicate effectively! I have been trying to get refunded since JANUARY and I still haven't received it! They just say that the refund is in corporates hands. Corporate doesn't send out a check unless you harass them, and when they finally send a check the name is spelled wrong! They just tell you to try cashing it anyways! It's impossible to get a hold of the corporate office unless the local office contacts them for you! They refuse additional compensation for the stress, waste of time, and waste of gas! Many people have had to file small claims with this company and it looks like I will have to as well! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND STRESS. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART!

  ************** was beyond nice first appointment paid for the partials until could get full implants. The day i got partials called within hr after leaving in insane pain and left message me and mother called many times no call back. Corporate even tried couldn't get ahold them so they gave me direct line talked someone and beyond rude hung up 2 times when I just wanted make appointment They said what do you expect me to do. This is her actual staff. Called them on their offices i have all call logs. The Doctor yelled and screamed at me and also person in my room Her own workers didn't understand why she was being so rude. Was told leave because I simply nicely asked can you do somthign about your receptionists and couldn't even tell her without her yelling at me saying doesn't have time to deal with that tool me over month to get apt and had go in to .ame ot and im disabled. and l.back tried to get ahold I've never been spoken to so horribly in my life. Was topd.tp just give them back and they never see me and get paid backmor they fix em and they didn't still beyond hurts of you look at their reviews for burlington aggorrable dentures you'll see 5 starts for chew teeth pulling but random one stars saying same thing. My mother literally left the room in fear she'd get so mad. And if I spoke to them how I was treated I'd been arrested. within 45 min getting partial hurt so bad couldn't wear em. I still can't even after the adjustment that I was yelled and not listened to and given ultimatum. Leave with denture possibly fixed pt give them partial and paid back but refused see me again if i did that. it was sever pain that wakes you up. my teeth ate bad from.thowing up for 2 yeats syraigth everyday and we thought found great doctor on beginning coming in confrontational and with a mean voice not same as first visit. Cant get made at Complaints on people not answering phones you don't yell and threaten me to be kicked out for saying please can you fix the call back issue

  This is a butcher shop. After removing enough of my gums to show my jaw bone in patches all over They told me it was normal to be missing your skin where you didn't have teeth. I have now made a second trip. And left with my bones on the outside of my skin. And I set Of dentures that are shaped into my teeth sockets. And will not come out of my mouth. Until I pulled hard enough to draw blood. I realized they had the full shape of a tooth route in the inside

  You pay for the bad experience. My mother was transferred 4 times from ****** care unit to get a new pair of teeth. The dentist was very very unfriendly. The office manager had to step in because we were told after waiting all day for the teeth that we needed to come back. Crazy. They could not even take an Xray unless we transferred to another office or put her on a stool. Mom is wheelchair bound. I did it with help from my sister. Also these questions where answered with a yes, wheelchair is fine. NO THEY ARE NOT. So we made another appt. to come back for a fitting. The top teeth were to big Bottom teeth fitted OK for 1st try. Dentist would not even see her. Another dentist stepped in . Again another visit after 4 weeks still not fitting. Dentist would not even see her again. Again another partner stepped in told us she will never be able to wear dentures again due to her memory condition. We got a full refund with in 2 weeks after one more visit. So.: Advice: Teeth do not fit well, dentist ***** and will not talk to you if he does not want to. Even though you are the customer. Should of advised us in the beginning about not being able to wear dentures again even though they were way to big and never adjusted correctly. Refund was within 2 weeks. This was the ********* office. Used your money on a good reliable experience business

  PLEASE dont waste your money at AFFORDABLE DENTURES ON WILLOW ********* ********* Im not one to complain but damn! Who ever is making the dentures need to realize we are human beings wanting to have a decent presentation in public . No one wants to have teeth looking sideways , flopping out the mouth and big teeth moving while trying to have a conversation with family and at your work place. How embarrassing! I have went 4 times to be fitted last week with 3 sets of dentures all fit BIG Couldnt keep them in my mouth missing work for the appointments. There is 1 little lady that is amazing but she cant do it all. There another lady that comes in looks at me for a little minute and GOING TO ASK ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY TEETH!!!!!! WOMAN IF YOU CANT SEE THE TEETH IS FLOPPING ALL OVER MY MOUTH YOU NEED TO GO TO THE **** EYE DOCTOR!!! She made me so angry I almost lost it oh my ***** HELP ME LORD! People go there to get a nice pair of dentures at a affordable price for some kind of normalcy in their life.. Most all had beautiful teeth at one point in time. I for one tried my best until I became a diabetic! Its not fair to us who pay for the service to be treated as such! SHAME SHAME ON YOU GUYS! Let me put this out there, **** dont go in a patience room and act like you know what that person feels, also dont ask what is wrong when you could clearly see DONT DO THAT! Its frustrating enough for a person to sit in that chair waiting to see if their dentures will fit for the 4th time. Im really considering a refund and that is sad! CAN THEY EVEN DO MY TEETH ? Just in the last week 2 Impressions and 3 sets of teeth that didnt fit and still dont fit! August 2023

  We went to the location in ********, ** and each visit we were there for our scheduled appointment at least 15 minutes early and had to wait in the lobby over an hour before being called back. The first appointment they showed us the wrong pricing and said the new current pricing is more expensive, luckily they did honor the original price they told us but we still ended up paying over $1000 upfront for the dentures because we were told we could not purchase the cheapest set since they do not make adjustments on them? After already going to 2 appointments for fittings it was finally time for our appointment to pick up the dentures, we live over an hour away and this is the closest location for us, having to take off work for each appointment. When we got there they said the teeth were not ready because they forgot to put us in the system so they rescheduled us for a few days later and called a few hours before the appointment saying they have to reschedule AGAIN because their machine is broken now they say we have another appointment for tomorrow because the machine should be fixed and if not their office is closing for 2 weeks! This makes 3 days wasted on taking off work and 1 hour plus drive extra that was unnecessary, when asked if they can just transfer us to another location they refused. I asked what happens if their machine is not fixed by tomorrow and they would not provide an answer other than it should 100% be fixed. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this place ever!

  NO STARS AT ALL!!! I have been going to this dentist office for almost 15 years plus and never had a problem. The last time I came to the dentist they had a new dentist which didnt seem like a problem at the time since I had been using them for so long and had history. Sadly about 3-4 years ago is when I met the new dentist which was very disrespectful to me and said that he would not prescribe me any pain medication after pulling my tooth that was broken into the nerve, and didnt give a reason as to why when if you look at my history they have always gave me pain medication every time I had teeth pulled. So I just left after the appointment. well I came back today 07/12/2023 in hopes of being scheduled with a different dentist and maybe I wouldnt have such a bad experience and yet again I got the same dentist and the entire office staff got the wrong reason as to why I scheduled the appointment and so I tried to clarify to this dentist what my concerns were and why I was there. This dentist went straight into telling me Im not a good candidate for the upper implants bc of all the years that I smoked and I let that pass, just said yeah thats what they all say, but then he began to be disrespectful again saying that yeah my button teeth definitely need to go they have all kinds of food stuck in them and I asked him to please not talk about the food in my teeth and he said I am not being disrespectful but the last time you came and got mad that I didnt give you pain medication. The sad part is I never scheduled the appointment to ask for pain medicine or any teeth to be pulled, and at no time during this visit did I ask for pain medication.. I was so upset how he was belittling me and my teeth condition for the entire office and other patients to hear him talk to me like that. So I got upset and told him I would just leave and he said good you dont have to worry about coming back because your not allowed. I said dont worry I wont be back.

  I opted for implants and dentures for a quoted price and I paid this in full as the told me they could not begin until paid in full. The surgeon was terrible and after a full failure of the implants and that dental surgeon leaving the company, Affordable said they would replace the bad implants at no cost, including all the pain and healing all over again. almost 4 years later I received an invoice indicating a zero beginning balance as of 07/05/22 but also a line added on 09/30/22 adding the $700.00 for "Prior PMS **************** ***** Use Only). Whatever that is! Well there is no way that I am paying this! Two teeth fell out of the dentures also! I give the local office a 5 star for how they handled this but a zero stars for the corporate billing office, but one is the minimum!

  My bottom denture didnt fit when I got them the dentist put some stuff on them They fell out before I got home I will not stay in my mouth at all I cannot wear them I paid $**** upfront my insurance sent them a check for almost ********************************************************* the check and I cash it and give them the money I got to wait 30 days
