    On May 10th at approximately 12:10 in the afternoon my daughter had a haircut at Sharkeys Cuts for Kids *********. The stylist, *************************** was completely out of line and disrespectful in the way that she talked to my daughter and was extremely rough with her hair. When my daughter started to cry, ****** responded, I dont see any tears, you are just whining. This woman has traumatized my daughter. In hopes to communicate our experience with the owner, we found that ********************** information and completed a rating under my daughters name (picture attached). ****** rated ******************'s (my daughters) experience as a 5/5, when in fact our experience was horrific. I want the rating that was completed under my daughters name removed and I want a refund for our services.

    My sincere apologies for your perception of the way the service went. My understanding is you were not there and you had your sister bring your daughter in for service. I have reviewed my camera footage and watched all the interaction. I heard your sister say to the Stylist, when she presented ********** hair, I am just the aunt and whatever you find under there its not because of me. As far as the five star rating, we have a system that cannot be falsified. It could only be there because your sister put that in and gave ** a five star rating. The ratings come directly from the customers and they cannot be altered in anyway by our employees. Lets just be clear on this since you have threaten to call an attorney. I am offering you a free haircut for your daughter if you are interested in coming back.
