      I got a quick response from **** when I called about my insurance claim for the roof in my home, garage, and storage shed for damages from all the recent storms. He helped me navigate the insurance paperwork. His crew was prompt and professional. I highly recommend Old North Roofing. My overall experience was very positive.

      Thank you very much for the quality service, prompt attention, and excellent work. My project manager was professional throughout my roof replacement. He kept me up to date on all of the progress and was very polite and answered all of my questions. The crew did a wonderful job. They worked hard and were very professional. They cleaned up everything so nice around my home once the project was complete. Thank you again! We love our new roof and would highly recommend Old North to anyone looking for a new roof. I promise you won't be disappointed!

      I recently used their services for my roof, nothing short of amazing from customer service to execution, every step of the process was well explained and any time I had a question (and I had many) they were patient enough to take their time to explain it and they made sure I was pleased with the information. Definitely a company I will recommend and will use again in the future.
