Very unhappy, displeased and disappointed with these people. Save yourselves times, money and frustration by dealing elsewhere. Within 2 years of closing on our new construction build, we continue to have problems that now they refuse to fix. Since 8/10/2022, we have had "ongoing" warrantly issues still in need of repair. Some of our minor warranty issues are still not resolved such as nail pops, paint repairs, even some of the holes where molding was removed and put back up for LVP repair are still missing. I left all of that alone to have what was more important to me, the creaking noise in my bedroom floor corrected. After being told by **** and the flooring people that Lawrence Homes sent out, *****************, our carpet needed to come up and the *********** to be fixed. There is a noise when stepping on floorboards in my bedroom, started out in one area, now in 3 different areas of the bedroom that the owner refuses to fix. He was finally out on 6/23/2023 after 10 months of back and forth calls, emails, (35) saved text messages to say that he is not going to fix. He also adds that the "noise is not that loud" and that he has the same in his house? Confused as to why this is relevant to our stiuation. The owner even questioned why the carpet people were involved or came out??? Again, their staff is who contacted the carpet people and they also came out and indicated they could not fix the issue as the floorboards need to be fixed. The lack of communication and response is also a major factor in dealing with them. Such an unpleasant experience!
