            Cooke Rentals should be called "***** rentals" because they will take your money. Rented a piece of equipment and got the "rental protection plan" that doesn't cover accidental damage, even though it says it does. I busted a hose fitting by accident digging some stumps. They say i was negligent so its not covered. Told me that it covers normal wear and tear and if the equipment malfunctions. Huh? That should be covered under the rental premium that you pay, not an extra fee. This is the ********** **** Cooke, that is saying this i mind you. Doesn't make any sense. I pay extra for PROTECTION against big cost due to accidental damage. Do not use these people they will rob you! Oh, and the president of the company laughed at me when I told him I would tell everyone I know, he said, I quote "I hope you do"

            ************** I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience here at Cooke Rentals or as you say "***** rentals". What keeps us going is our customers and we are always happy to help out our customers the best of our ability. If we allowed and paid for any and all damages that our customers do to our equipment then we would not be in business. In your case, you did not just "bust a hose" because that sir would most likely been covered by our rental protection but your actions while working on our equipment ripped the hose and fitting out of the cylinder and the entire cylinder had to be replaced. So not sure if its the lack of education on the equipment or the fact you just really didn't know what you were doing but either way, not sure how this is now Cooke Rentals fault. We have tried contacting you to discuss the payment and you have not returned our call and you have cut your card off so at this moment you have not been robbed, we have been robbed by you and should probably take you to court for non payment.
