      I was referred at the ****** Location, They been dragging and keep telling me that they will call if any cancellation. Dr. ******* was supposed to do the extraction on the 13 November. The other clinic had already provided a full copy with the 3D x-rays and now they say it was only a consultation.. I am so angry, bc if those teeth don't get removed, my daughter will have those braces removed.

      I am very disappointed they quote one price and charge another. They are bad at keeping appointments. I will not go back

      My client was referred to the ********* location to have a wisdom tooth extracted how they had to refer my client to the ****** office d/t no anesthesiologist being available at the ********* location. When I called and spoke to the rude receptionist at the ****** location, she asked what the client would need, and I explained that he was an initial referral for ********* and ask if I would need a new referral and could they assist my client. She notified me very rudely that the doctor would not have any dates any time soon. This was ok because it would allow for some flexibility with my schedule. I was placed on hold then the receptionist asked if he was in a facility, and I said no he stays in an independent home with services with one other client. Then she goes on to say that my client could not be seen at the office because he lived in a facility. I explained to the receptionist that the client did not live in a facility, and he lived in a home. I would literally be transporting him to the procedure and back to his home. She said because the client was not my child or dependent, he could not be seenI feel this is discrimination against someone with who has a disability. My home serves a diverse population of individuals with independent housing needs. The types of populations we serve include individuals with development and physical disabilities along with emotional and mental disorders so if they are not going to service based on housing who do they service? Are they rejecting other clients based on their disabilities? I agree with the other post that this practice is probably violating other client rights if they would say this on the phone to me. Would give no stars but that is not an option.
