Went to ****** in ********** for a terrible tooth infection and was taunted by doctor ******* he told me if I went to the er they wouldnt help me and would just send me back to him, which they helped tremendously fyi. He told me he could give me pain relief in office but hes not going to, which why even say that in the first place. left crying after he walked out and said ******** when I finally got the strength to speak. Just received a letter in the mail stating I was dropped as a patient, which is fine I was NOT going back, but it states I was dropped for a missed appointment which is a lie as I didnt have another appointment I just saw him this week I was dropped because I gave him a one star review for being a sadistic dentist.

HORRIBLE and TRAUMTIZING. Absolutely horrible and I would NEVER recommend this place. I went in for a check up and I was told I needed a bunch of work done. I got a root canal in which they broke a piece of the tool off in my gums. I went back for a second root canal with the same person to try to get it out, at which point they referred me to go to a specialist. The specialist couldn't get it out after they tried twice, so it is left in my gums. I had 4 root canals done on one tooth because they couldn't do it right the first time. A few days after I had a crown put on a different tooth, it popped off. I had multiple fillings fall out that they did too. At one point they did not fully numb me and I told them and they said it was almost over and didn't give me anything else so I felt a lot of pain while they were doing the work. Today I went to a completely different dentist because the crown covering my root canal had popped off (only a year and a half later). I was told the crown wasn't made correctly, the cementing of the crown was done completely wrong, and will all need to be replaced and redone. They checked my other fillings and saw that a poor job was done. One filling cracked and half fell out. My current dentist said that the dentist at O2 Dental Group did the filling wrong and did it in two parts which caused it to crack. It now needs to be removed and I will need a crown to replace it. I am extremely frustrated and mad that I paid $7,000 out of pocket for completely horrid dental work that I now have to have someone go in redo and fix to have it done properly. I am mad that they took so much money from me and didn't do the job right. Having to get these things fixed and done correctly is going to cost me an additional $2,000+ out of pocket. Every time I am at a dentist now I burst into tears because of the trauma that O2 Dental has caused me.

I would like to have a full reimbursement for any and all work that was done including having to go see a specialist that I had to pay out of pocket. I would like to have a check sent to my current address for the total, which was $8,647.36. I would also like to have this completed in a timely manner since I have to have the work redone as soon as possible. Please contact me to move forward with this help.
