              Dear O2 Fitness Management,I am writing to address a recent misunderstanding that led to my ban from the gym premises. March 2024, I visited with my children after being assured by an employee the previous day that it was permissible for them to quietly engage with tablets. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were met with a different response from the staff member on duty, who treated us rudely and insisted that we leave the premises immediately.I apologize for any disruption caused and assure you of my commitment to adhering to gym policies. I kindly request reconsideration of the ban and the opportunity to continue my membership. I am willing to comply with any additional guidelines to prevent future misunderstandings.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*********************

              I have tried for months now to resolve this professionally. Im being completely ignored at the corporate level (you) and no one at the local O2 is helping and tells me to reach out to corporate. I would like my final training package refunded immediately. I was never able to use it in the beginning of the year when I wanted to. You did not have staff available to use when I wanted to use. My former trainers (2) were fired or quit and I was just handed off without anyone asking. On top of all that unprofessionalism, I just received an unauthorized payment taken out of my bank account for a monthly membership that has been cancelled for months! I would like to speak with someone about all of this. Thank you
