    I stayed at the Millennium Durham for 4 nights (1/11-1/15) in January ****. I was charged $272 on 12/31/24 for my stay, which is what I agreed to. I booked through Traveluro, a third party site.After my stay, the hotel charged me an additional $68.12 (on 1/15/24). I was given no indication this would happen, and the only reason I noticed was by checking my credit card statement. When I asked for clarification, I was told it is a "facility fee". I did not use any facility outside of my room in the hotel the entire time I was there. I was provided no receipt for this (and the receipt I was provided by Traveluro did not include this fee). This was not communicated to me when booking the hotel, when checking in, or at any other point before, during, or after my stay. When I asked for additional clarification and a refund, the company stopped responding to me. My credit card claims that as long as the charge is classified as a "fee" there's nothing they can do to dispute it.I would like this fee to be removed from my statement.
