      ** WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE ** We recently had a terrible experience with Guardian Logistics Solutions regarding a freight rework service. At the consignee's request, we initially contacted them to arrange rework on 5 out of 26 pallets in a shipment. We clearly discussed the scope of the work and agreed on a price of $95 per pallet, totaling $475. Communication was clear, and we had no reason to expect any issues.However, things went downhill quickly upon arriving. Our driver was not allowed to observe the rework, which in hindsight was a huge red flag. Without our authorization or even a phone call, they decided to rework all 26 pallets, including the 21 that were perfectly fine. This was completely unnecessary and not at all what we agreed upon.Then came the real shock: the bill. Instead of the agreed-upon $475, we received an invoice for a whopping $2,500! We immediately contacted them to dispute the charge, explaining the prior agreement and the unauthorized work. Instead of a reasonable discussion, we were met with hostility and even threats of calling the police. We were under pressure to get the shipment delivered ASAP, as we were already late to our appointment (reworking 26 pallets takes time (!)), so we were forced to pay the exorbitant fee. In retrospective, I think we should have called the police. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It's completely unacceptable to perform services without authorization and then demand payment for them. How is this even legal?! Their business practices are unethical, fraudulent, and deceitful, and their customer service is appalling. Avoid them at all costs!

      As business owners we have had to get lawyers involved to get paid from them at the *****/****** facility in **************, it's been since March and they never paid us and still haven't and they actually dodge our calls. We want our money plus interest but if they don't respond soon our lawyers are waiting they have until June 1st 2024

      This company was contracted by a third party to deliver a bed to my home. It was initally scheduled for delivery July 28th between 9:30-1:30. I was told when they no call/no showed that the truck had broken down and would be delivered the following Monday. I received a text that the bed would be delivered July 31 between 1:30-5:30. Another no call/no show. I was told they couldn't find the bed before the morning truck went out and they were sorry but the truck had to deliver the rest of the route. Then I get a text that the bed would be delivered August 4th between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Another no call/no show, several phone calls later to the company I was told they had lost the bed on the dock. The supervisor ****** tells me she looked for it herself and could not find it. She says she'll have to look for it on camera and see who signed for it. I had to remind her it was supposedly on the truck that broke down on the 28th. She tells me they can't find it so they will have to notify the third party that the item has been lost. 2 months later I get a text that says the bed will be arriving Sept 20th. I get another text that says it is scheduled for delivery 9/22. The company does another no call/no show with the bed. This time I get no explanation why I received that text. Sunday night i receive a text that says your bed has been delivered on 9/24 at 6:24pm. Still no bed. No explanation why I received such a text from them. Now I am being notified that on 9/26 that the bed will be delivered tomorrow 9/27. This company is fraudulent. They have now no/call no showed to my house 4 times. They rarely answer the phone and the only thing Mrs. ****** will say is she is sorry for my inconvenience. They are not keeping their word and should have never been contracted to deliver for such a prominent 3rd party company. Their inability to keep their word has broken all trust. I will never order from the 3rd party again and I have let them know of the same.

      Horrible experience. First, they were to call me to schedule delivery of my furniture. Nevertheless, one day, without any notice, they just arrived with my delivery. I wasn't ready for the furniture, room not emptied, so had to return it. Logistics then scheduled the delivery. When they came they had the bed but no rails to put it together. They didn't bring the nightstand at all. What is going to come of all this is completely unknown. The confusion, stress and worry are awful. To make it worse I couldn't just leave a review, they wanted my personal information to do so. Obviously thought this nightmare might be made up.
