    I called and emailed the owner ***** about items sold. He does not answer my emails and he places me on hold for long periods of time and doesn't return. He also tells me he will call me back but never does. I would like to have an itemized list of items sold emailed to me.He was also extremely rude and discriminatory and threatened me if I do not like how he talks to me I can take my stuff back. I have moved away from the area. He thinks it okay to bark at me orders, and told me I should toughen up or gain more confidence. He also made up rude and weird instructions for me on the fly. He is very deceitful person but this is more of a civil rights complaint than a BBB. The top complaint is about his business practices. Even though he is busy he has to tell me what items he has sold. When people are not around he tells me he is busy so he won't tell me what items have sold or be able to answer my phone calls and emails... etc. He just is so slimey it's disgusting. He thinks it is because I am from "**********" I have this problem. I think he also marked my items for lower and may have lied about this but I have no proof of this.I was only able to get this information some of time because I assume people were around in the shop. But, if he is alone he will think of all lies in order not to tell me anything and never has time. It makes me outraged because I would have rather given my stuff to Goodwill than work with someone like this actor. Thank you

    My experience with the owner Blake Anderson was a very negative one. I sold furniture with him and I was in a rush. I was in the process of moving out of state, and he was the only one who could see me the same day. For my furniture he quoted some items high and towards the end of making the list incredibly low. I didn't even look at the quotes until I had driven off, but he gave me some very lame reasons. He told me some odd rules, which I'm not sure if they are the same for everyone. He just seemed to do it on the spur of the moment , and they did not make sense. 1) He cannot change my address more than once. 2) If I don't get my address to him on time, they don't keep records, so it's out the door and forgotten. 3) He cannot tell me what is sold, so don't call to ask. He can only send checks. 4) The name on the check has to match the name on the mailing address Since he talks rather cheerfully and quickly, I did not have time to process it, and I was tired. Also, when I called to update my address he insulted me with words that rhymed with offensive words and did not apologize for speaking to me very unprofessionally. 1) He commanded me to “SPEAK UP!”, when I told him he sounded rude, he said “TOUGHEN UP”, and threatened me to drive back and take all my stuff back. He was refusing to sell my things. 2) He called me “ A REAL BIG PEACH!”. He got angry so quickly and enjoyed taunting me and putting me down repetitively and it made me very upset. I couldn't believe how bad he was. He seemed to think because I had moved out of state I would not be able to do anything. Also, I am a middle age petite ethnic woman who is soft spoken so maybe this is why he thought he could be so aggressive. It seemed he treated me differently when other people were in hearing distance, when I called him to complain. He made weird fake version of events it seemed to anyone who was listening. It was a truly horrific experience. He may seem friendly, but I felt discriminated against.
