      I placed an order over 1 year ago. I still have never received my packages and am out 200$!!! I was in contact with them multiple times with their response as “it’s the weather” “we are so backed up” until eventually I had been ghosted. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

      DO NOT order from this “company”! In the beginning of November ‘22 I placed an order and it was partially shipped. I received only 2 out of the 3 items and here it is almost July of ‘23 and I still don’t have my hoodie or a refund! I have emailed multiple times and when they do reply I get responses of “we’re busy” or “we’re backed up” and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as I did order in the busy holiday season! Last time I emailed about just giving me a refund & they have now ghosted me! 8 months without receiving an order is ridiculous! I repeat again, NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

      I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift on 11-28-22, order said that it would be sent out in 15 to 20 days. I have sent several texts and in March was told that my order would be cancelled and a refund issued. Well here it is June and still have not received my refund. I will never place another order with this company! Only one star only because I can't post without any!

      I placed an order over 7 months ago. I have messaged them several times to check on my order and they just kept giving me the run around, they have now quit responding and I have never received my order. Do NOT buy from them.

      #******* ordered Feb 28th, April 3th I emailed company to see what the update was on my order, I had ordered a bunch of race shirts, the emailed me back and said they were behind and asked if I wanted a refund.. at the time I said no I want the shirts. Now it's June and I still have no shirts, I have emailed several times, tried calling and reached out on Facebook and get no response. I would like a refund now... I've been more than patient.

      I ordered multiple times from them and still do not have shirts that I ordered back in October. My last order was in February and I spent over $200 and only received one shirt and a lot of excuses. They will not respond to anything ans I really would like my money back.

      So I ordered the end of January and still have yet to receive my order. It is now the middle of may there customer service sucks talking about rainy days and blah blah. From what I’ve read here looks like even if i cancel I won’t get my money back.

      Scam!!! I ordered $180 worth of shirts and paid with affirm and have never received shirts! I stopped paying affirm because of this and now my credit is being ruined because of nonpayment but I’m not paying for items I’ve never received! No one at affirm wants to assist me either!!!! They closed Paislees Closet Boutique down!!!!
