    We had a duct cleaning on 10/26/2023 Invoice #************ Customer #*********************** Crew:***************************** ***************************** Our experience was anything but professional. Within minutes of their arrival, ***** was speaking to my husband about how he was also in the military and was in special forces that was deployed overseas. He then began talking about how if President ***** called him back to fight in the ******* or the war in ******, he would go in a heartbeat because he has always wanted to kill a Russian, and then proceeded to ask my husband if he wanted to kill a Russian as well. All of this was said in front of myself and my three children, two of whom are 13 and 15 years old, and we are all Russian. My entire family is highly offended by this employee's actions, and it did not stop there; he said it multiple times. After that, he proceeded to say that he wanted to go to the southern Korean border and fire off a round and see what they would do because he has always wanted to kill an Asian as well. This is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable behavior to make those kinds of comments, especially in front of my children, who will forever be fearful and remember what this employee said. They rushed the entire job, stating that they wanted to hurry up and get the job done because it was past their curfew and they wanted to go home. They left a giant mess all over my home, including our beds, the couch where we were sitting, our TVs, floors, and many other places. There was no care for our home and our belongings. I have emailed ***************************** who is a district manager for the east coast over 4 times with no response. I have also called **** from the corporate office numerous times with no response to my voicemails. I deserve a resolution for the experience my family endured at the hands of your employee. To resolve the problem, I would like a refund for the services.
