      On 9-27-2023 I was treated very unfairly and rude by the owner ****** she said she will not buy my childrens clothes not because something is wrong with them its because she has a personal problem with me. Her employees were buying my items up to this point with no problems until today when the owner realized it was me because if the owner doesnt like you, you cant sell or buy there thats what an employee told me today. When the owner realized it was me she flag my account so I cant sell my items anymore. I brought brand new clothes in today with some slightly used items and because the owner doesnt like me. I advised her that I been selling my items and she stated the employees shouldnt have been buying them because it was me. I would like to be able to sell my items like I been doing until she realized it was me. I havent didnt anything wrong to not be able to sell my items. The owner doesnt like me for no reason at all because nothing is wrong with my items. If she didnt realize it was me today the employees would have brought my items. She is treating me unfairly because if nothing wrong with my items and she is refusing to buy them because its me and for personal reasons. I met her 8 years ago she had a problem with me then and still has a problem with me for no reason at all, I havent did anything wrong except sell her my items that her employees has been buying until she realized today it was me and flag me account and told me I cant sell at none of her 3 stores and I havent didnt anything to her to deserve this. Everything was fine until today when she was there and realized it was me and refused to buy my items. I have sold several items before she realized it was me today and now going forward I cant. It was not a problem until today because again its not my items its me.

      ********************** inappropriate behavior on numerous occasions as well as her selling history with store lead to the decision to ask her not to sell to the store going forward.  Our Staff members dont deserve to be repeatedly treated poorly by ****************.

      I am rejecting this response because: If that was true Karese then how come your employees brought several of my items up to the day you found out it was me. Im very respectful and kind. You have a personal problem with me and its obvious. Then I have you recorded saying I can shop there but I cant sell to all 3 of your stores which I never even walked in to your other 2 stores. Everything youre saying isnt true and that is slander. When I asked you what I did not to be able to sell you couldnt even give me exact reason and now all of a sudden your making things up which I figured you would do thats why I have everything recorded and its not illegal to record in the state of NC its a one consent state. I have proof of every time I can in your Once Upon Child store and when I called up there to see when you will be calling me was recorded and when I spoke to you was recorded and the things you are saying is not true. My recordings are my witness. You can take my money but you dont want to buy my items I have you recorded saying exactly that. My children have plenty of clothes that are brand new so I dont need to shop there. Every time I came in there I recorded my interaction with your employees and I was always nice. I sold about 10 items and I guess you werent there at those times but  on 9-27-2023 you were there. Youre using micro aggression because like I said I honestly didnt do anything  wrong except try to sell my items. I have proof of everything Im saying because I know your nature I recorded everything. I sold 10 items with no problem not once did I do what you are describing. I dont appreciate you lying, slandering me and writing libel things thats not at all true about me. You would of told me I couldnt buy either but you clearly said I could, I didnt even ask you that you just came out and told me but you never would disclose why you wouldnt buy my items thats why I know its a personal problem and now your saying this out of no where but you never told me when I spoke to you and I have the whole conversation recorded.  I just re listen to my recording on 9-27-2023. Please tell the truth thats all I ask, again I told like 10 items it was not a problem until you notice it was me. The policy says as long as my clothes or items are in good condition Once Upon Child will buy them which they are thats why you were buying them up to 9-27-2023 you even have a Minie Mouse bed I sold to your employee on your ******** page advertising for someone to buy it so if those things that you are saying is true why did your employees buy my 10 items when you were there with no problem. The policy does not say if the owner/franchise likes you or doesnt have a problem with you that you can sell. Please just tell the truth no reason to lie, slander and write libel things about me like that, I promise I have everything recorded.

Its the principle of the matter that I cant sell when I didnt do anything wrong and I have already sold 10 items 
      (2 Playpens one was a Room 2 and those are nice and big son barely used that, a bassinet, a toddler bed, children toys, a rocker for baby, a baby swing etc.-nice items that your employees brought with no problem brought my items in sold them with a smile and left with a smile didnt give no problems at all) and even the week before 9-27-2023 I sold 2 items with no problem. My buying history you never explained that at all it makes no sense. Please tell me what buying history means? If your employees brought my items and you sold them and made money off of them what is the problem? Im good enough to spend money with you but Im not good enough to buy my items and nothing is wrong with them and some are even brand new clothes and shoes that my children just didnt get to wear. Its not about you buying my items that I have to make money but it seems like thats what your preventing for some odd reason Im not desperate for money to  be honest Im just trying to make room for my children new clothes is the principle that I didnt do anything to you 8 years ago and Im honestly not doing anything to you now just trying to sell my childrens clothes that they cant fit because they grow fast and sometimes I over buy. A child in need would love those brand new 3 piece suits with bow tie and a tie that my son never got to wear at a discounted price in your store as well as my other items that are in great condition because I take care of my childrens clothes. Im not even for sure why my brand new items were taken out of the plastic if you werent going to buy them? It was brand new suits, shorts and ***** ********************* shirt taken out of plastic for no reason if you werent going to buy them. I have had those in the plastic since Covid started because when **** mails them to you they are in plastic. I mainly shop on line for my children clothes and shoes. Most of there clothes are from ****s and ***** ********************* on line and they have great quality clothes. I should definitely be able to sell my items like I been doing until you found out it was me on 9-27-2023 because you have a personal problem with me and using micro aggression. Thank you.
