    My son, ***************** (12 years old, DOB: July 9, 2010), had a tooth cavity filling procedure at Ideal Dental Fayetteville on August 19, 2022. The clinic staff told me that it would cost $55.60 if I wanted the child to have the procedure, after accounting for my insurance. I agreed and paid $55.60 and the child had the dental filling. Three months later, I received a bill of $596 today (Dec 18, 2022. The letter was dated Dec 8, 2022.) for my son's dental filling. If I were told I would be charged $596 (in addition to $55.60), I would not have done the procedure. I don't feel that it's fair for the business to cheat on its customers. They should have told the customer the correct cost upfront. I would like Ideal Dental Fayetteville to withdraw their bill. (Of note, I never had such an incident with Ideal Dental Fayetteville in the past.
