  Please don't use this company. Warning to anyone considering wanting to use this company they just want to use you for your money and point fingers later. They don't know what they are going. They used same old product and stated it is new product and charged you for new product. They are CROOKS. Don't walk, RUN AWAY!!!!. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. They charged me a total of ********* (exterior/Interior) to do the exterior (roof, whole home, including shed and carport) and the interior (master bdrm, 2 other bdrms/windows). I was supposed to have paid for top of the line shingles, come to find out they were bought from Lowes. The shingles were not put on correctly, the pattern was wrong. The ceiling collapsed in two of the closets because they didn't do the roof correctly. They gave the money back for the roof but I need to get the interior finished again where they messed up. This company should not be in business. I really don't understand how they can get away with doing customers like this. Why aren't they shut down. They have a lot of complains and they keep doing this to customers. Again, don't walk run away.

  Warning to anyone considering using this company, they are CROOKS! Seriously the most unethical business I have ever dealt with. I submitted a request for bids on two potential projects: a 480 sq foot *** and a 294 sq foot addition to my home in Pine Valley. They charged me over $400 just to put together the estimates. Prior to paying, I asked for an estimate range so that I did not waste time or money investing in engineering drawings, purchasing plans, etc. I was told ******* for the **** and ******* for the addition, so I paid the $400 and waited. Then I paid another $2700 in engineering fees and plans. After 3 1/2 months, and 2 TOTALLY incorrect and egregiously overpriced estimates on the *** (first was over $500/sq foot for a builder grade apartment unit), I still had not ever received an estimate for the addition. I contacted the management and threatened a lawsuit. They "threw" together a ludicrous estimate for the addition, over $670 a sq foot purely so they would not be in breach of contract!!!! It was RIDICULOUS. I don't know how these people can even live with themselves. They refused to even consider returning my $400. This company should not be in business. I cannot believe they can get away with this. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

  This company is a scam. Took 3 weeks to board my house after a fire. Was infested with fleas and had animal f**** throughout the house. They worked for a half day at my property and never came back to finish the job. I terminated them from doing any work. They made promises and said things that was not done. They didn't finish the load out of my items. And before they removed my belongings they sent the asbestos crew to my home. I was told nothing gets thrown away with out a signature. But I showed up and quarter of a dumpster was full that I had to go through. Antique furniture from **** was destroyed. Collectibles were stolen and some thrown to the floor. After I decided to move on from this company they held what little they had of mine ******. They originally billed me for $38k. After trying to communicate with them and I must say very bad communication skills. Very arrogant and aggressive. We somewhat got the bill down to $13,500. For Half a days work. Damaged items, missing collectables and a days worth of dumpster diving to retrieve things they were supposed to pack up. The business they run is unethical and takes advantage of people. They should not be allowed to conduct business as they do. I would never speak good of this company and will do all I can to educate others of how my situation was handled. I have all conversations via, text, email and phone recordings. I even presented this to a lawyer for advice. And I was told they have Fayetteville in there back pocket and can not be beat in court. Really says alot about the system in my home town. Good luck to anybody willing to let this terrible company step foot on there property. ********** ex customer.
