    In September of 2021 I bought a brand new system from Marks air, replaced everything and got a 10 year warranty on parts. Then in 2023 ******** merged with and or bought ********* and took over all obligations.First visit was a diagnosis for $168.67. Second visit was to fix the problem which was the circuit board and *********** Both under warranty. Paid ****** for labor.A couple of days pass, my thermostat goes out. Bass air claimed this happens quite often, even on a two year old thermostat, right after having the circuit board and zone board replaced a couple of days prior. Charged me another $174.41 for labor.Grand total $756.44 for labor under warranty, for about less than an hour and a half worth of actual work and a week full of headache.I recommend everyone who needs residential work do not utilize them. A supervisor told my wife that she understands people dont want to pay. No, we dont want to pay for things that are under warranty, high ridiculous hourly rates or things that break on things that were working fine before being worked on.The last thing I want to see is junior soldiers get taken advantage of by companies claiming they represent the community
