    The original business began at the beginning of March. I brought my PC to the place of business to have it rebuilt with new parts. Most parts were purchased by me and ready to go. The owner contacted me soon after saying some pieces were missing and needed to be ordered to work. Over the course of the next few weeks, communication on the scope and breadth of time taken to complete tasks was unspecified. Computer was finally returned but did not work. After more miscommunication, ***** came to work on the pc and got it running. Was told there needed to be a new power supply and he would order it. Product was purchased and placed by me, all services were paid up front. Product arrived but I could not reach ***** to schedule a work time. Finally was able to get ahold of him and was informed that the part was somehow located with someone else and they would deliver it that night. No communication from either parties to the relevant information for days, no part (power supply) and multiple ignored texts/calls/deadlines passed. I paid the money to cover services for 1 year as well as up front for all services and parts required, but the "service" purchased has now reached a month without an end in sight and over 100$ unaccounted for. When able to contact and work with *****, his service is adequate and what is specified but the lack of communication and normal business practices has me distrustful and uneasy of the business as well as the mishandling of money/product.
