I purchased a 2016 Polaris Slingshot from this business. It had custom work completed to it. It was a great looking Slingshot until the paint started bubbling up all over the Slingshot. I reached out to this business for assistance in this matter. I have not been able to talk to the owner about why CAM TECH in Summerville, SC did not paint it properly when it was owned by Baker. I contacted CAM TECH and explained the situation. They stated that it hadnt been painted less than a year at the time of my purchase from Baker. Unfortunately, when CAM TECH realized that they messed up the paint job, they wont answer my calls from my phone number. I paid good money for that SS, and it was poorly painted. It was a very short period of time before the bubbling and the purple paint started coming through the clearcoat that surfaced in the paint, all over the SS. This is unacceptable, panels were not removed when it was painted, you can now even see the original color prior to CAM TECH so called custom painting it. Totally disappointed and will never refer anyone to Baker American Cycles at 1508 Hope Mills Rd in Fayetteville, NC, Baker Motorsports in Fayetteville, NC or Battleship Cycles and Marine located in Wilmington, NC.
