    I want to inform you that I am writing this for ***************************.Contract was signed 10-27-23 to move his furniture from ******** to *******. Original movers packed and wrapped everything very carefully. No complaint. Before arriving in ******* they handed everything off to another delivery party. Pictures will show how items arrived at the house. Filed a complaint in writing to their insurance provider. They offered to pay $75.00. The furniture was severely damaged especially the fireplace entertainment center (totally shattered). The suitcase was soaking wet, and all the clothes wet and moldy, also pictures attached of new never worn outfits. Had to throw them away. Other documents also attached,

    1. Items Cuft calculated wrong.2. Charged $2700 instead $1200 originally offered. Threatened not to provide service if higher rates and calculations are not accepted. I had to move that day. No choice.3. All boxes got wet and damaged upon delivery. Refused to deliver if balance is not paid in full before the delivery 4. One item ( dinning table legs ) missing.****** promised to deliver in a week. So far not delivered.5. Claim was filed almost 3 months ago.     On June 22, 2023, I negotiate with Long ********************************************** *************************************************************************************************. Telephone number ************. ** DOT: ******* MC: ********.** Professional ************ ******************************************************************. ** DOT No. *******, ICC/MC No. *******., to my understanding was contracted by Long Haul Moving Co.This movement was to move household goods from ******************************************************************************** to ************************************************************************. The initial total estimate price at that time was $2,598.00. The down payment made on June 22, 2023, was $1,260.95 living a balance of leaving a balance of $1,33.05. $668.53 due at the time of pickup and $668.53 upon time of delivery. Contract at enclosure 1. On September 13, 2023, *** informed me that I needed more space, the price increased another $810 down payment and **** on pickup and **** on delivery. The pickup September 20, 2023.September 20, 2023, the household goods loaded by the movers (US Professional *********** After all items were loaded onto the truck, the mover (US Professional ***********) then told us that the price again changed the pickup fee to $3,595.00 and $3,594.00 for delivery. I tried to contact Long Haul ******************************** to resolve the issue. Cash app receipts. Individual service movement cost of $200.00 paid directly to mover. At this point the situation became very uncomfortable and difficult because the apartment lease was ending and there was not sufficient time to contract another mover to vacate the apartment by lease ending date. We were forced to continue with the move.An insurance claim was filed for damages with a handwritten list signed by the US Professional Movers driver acknowledging damages The movers were rude and argumentative.According to the figures calculated from Long Haul ******************************** the total cost to $4,359.00. The total cost ended at $9,459.00, I feel $5,100.00 plus damages to household goods.

    They move me from ** to ****. They damaged and scratched alot of my furniture including ripping my mattress which I purched for $4000. They also damaged 3 commercial sewing machines. I'm supposed to be insured for 60cents per pound. My machines alone weigh a total of 600 lbs and my king ******* is 150 lbs plus all other furniture that was scratched. They are only offering me $75 total.

    I CONTRACTED THIS COMPANY TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS FROM ******* ** TO ******** *******.I MOVED TO ******* FOR RETIREMENT.DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE COME TRUE .ALONG WITH CONTRACTING THEM TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS TO MY NEW HOME.THE SCHEDULED MOVE DATE THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP TEN MINUTES AFTER 12 AM AFTER WAITING FOR THEM THE ENTIRE DAY.(AFTER MIDNIGHT).THEY WANTED TO RETURN IN THE MORNING WHICH I DID NOT AGREE TO DO BECAUSE I WAS SCARED THEY WOULD NOT RETURN.THEY HAD NOT COME TODO MY HOME BECAUSE MOVE BECAUSE THEY STOPPED OFF AND DID SOMEONE ELSES MOVE INSTEAD.THEY LOOKED AT EVERYTHING AND THEN DEMANDED $600.00 IN CASH TO MOVE MY 2 *** SAFES OR THEY WOULD LEAVE THEY BEHIND.I HAD BEEN ON THE ***** ALL DAY PRIOR TO THE MOVE WITH THEIR MANGER WHO MADE ME SEND PICTURES OF EVERYTHING IN THE MOVE INCLUDING DIMENSIONS OF BOXES AND THE *** *****S.ALL THIS WAS KNOWN PRIOR TO THER ARRIVAL.I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE $600.00 IN CASH.THEY LEFT MY HOME WITH THE LOADED TRUCKS WELL AFTER 02:30 AM THAT MORNING (ACTUALLY THE NEXT DAY).I DID CALL THE EMERGENCY HELP LINE WITH THE COMPANY AND THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE ***** DID TREATING ME WITH NO REFUND IF I CANCELLED THE MOVE.SHE WAS TOTALLY RUDE AND ACTED IN VULGAR MANNER WHEN I ATTEMPTED HELP FROM HER.THIS COMPANY THEN TOOK 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER MY BELONGINGS TO ******** ******* WITH AN ARRAY OF DIFFERENT EXCUSES EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON.IT RANGED FROM WE HAVE NO DRIVERS,WE CAN FIND PEOPLE TO WORK,WE DON'T HAVE A TRUCK AND WE ARE NOT GOING THAT WAY.FINALLY MY STUFF WAS DELIVERED AND ONLY 1 *** ***** WAS DELIVERED.I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR MONTHS ,EVRY TIME I CALL IT'S EXCUSES AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS.I ASKED IF THE ***** WAS STOLEN SND THEY SAID NO.I JUST WANT MY *** ***** DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND MOVED INTO THE HOUSE AS CONTRACTED.OR THEY CAN PAY ME $3500.00 TO RELACE THE *** ***** THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO DELIVER.IT HSS BEEN 3 MONTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY TRYING TO GET MY PROPERTY.SHOULD I GENERATE A POLICE REPORT ON THEFT AFTER TRUST ?     22 JULY 2023 They said this was more than 300 cubic Sq feet. they were going to charge me 300 dollars for a long haul pickup. I move everything out of the unit by myself.The two movers **** and **** were sitting in the truck They told me I had to sign the Bill of lading the paperwork was not fully filled. So I signed. I am disabled veteran with chronic pain. I feel like due to their neglect in this situation. I have been experiencing more pain due to me moving the items with no proper help or tools. I proceeded to measure the truck. It was 9 feet 4 inches tall. 8 feet wide and 4 feet in depth to the first door is 360 cubic square feet. After I measured the area. The owner called back upset and angry because I wanted to measure everything and said to remove my things from the truck and he was not going to do my move.. I had to be kind and apologize in order for him to change his mind. They continued to load my things. Upon completion of loading my things there was still 7x6x2 feet of space that I did not utilize on the left side of the truck. But 400 cubic square feet was still added to the paperwork.26 July 2023. I received a call at 1 pm from **** and ********* ************ said they would deliver tomorrow thursday and they were 8 hours away. I reached out to them with 5 calls and 2 texts and no calls or texts were returned. I spoke to ****** on July 27, she informed me the truck broke down due to a caliper.30 JULY 2023 I got a call at 7: 50 pm that they were an hour and a half away. They instructed me to pay them 429 before delivery. I asked to call the company to confirm all these things. They refused. They started to back the truck ** in reverse almost hit other cars parked alongside the road and the ongoing traffic. Officers arrived As my furniture was being unloaded. I recorded it and examined the furniture as it was brought into the house. Which was scratched, damaged, holes, torn rip and consist of water damage.

    I signed a contract with All Coast Moving Group to transport my shipment. They apparently subcontracted the job out to US Professional Moving Services who picked up *************************************************** ***********, ** after lunch on 7/12/2023. I signed an "Interstate Bill of Lading Contract and Order for Service." The driver told me they required cash, a certified check, or money order. All I had was cash and we paid him a partial down payment of $890, the remainder due on delivery. He agreed to meet us after 1 PM on 7/18/23 at our new residence in ***********, ** after we closed on our home. He said, "I have to deliver loads to ** and GA. I'LL be there!," and he left.After 4 PM on 7/18/23 when the delivery did not come I started making numerous calls to both companies. I finally reached a dispatcher at US Professional and he said the load is in storage and I would get it in 7 to 12 days! Since that time I have been unsuccessful to have a phone picked up or to give me any information on when I would get my delivery. My wife and I our in a dilemma now for 11 days. We have a small car and we only brought 3 days of cloths and provisions with us.
