Went in today (07/26/2022) for a pedicure and full set. As I am getting my nails done I notice that my thumb on my right hand is crooked and tell her and she tells me she isn't done yet. I tell her the nails are too fat and at that moment the length was fine. She then over corrects the other nails. Now all the nails are short. I tell her AGAIN that the thumb nail is crooked and they aren't skinny enough. I had an apt that I had to make but as I paid I told the receptionist I wasn't happy and I would be calling later to have them fixed. I asked her to make a note on my receipt (their copy) so they could correct and know I made the complaint as I was leaving. The manager calls me and says she can correct them and to come back in at 5p. When I came back to the salon it was around 5:20p and I had to wait. I believe it was the manager who then comes over and starts telling me she heard me tell the other lady earlier how the nails were perfect and I loved them. I told her she was absolutely incorrect and I just wanted them repaired or my money back. I ask her to please remove all the nails and give me a fresh set since they were crooked, fat and short. She tells me in order for her to do that I'd have to pay more. I decline. I told I couldn't see how she could correct a nail that sat crooked. I told her my nails were f'd up and another customer tells me to watch my mouth because her child was in the salon. I then tell my sister (who is on the phone) that I don't appreciate how I was being treated. Then the customer starts yelling at me and even threatening me. The customer then proceeded to get up from her chair and continue screaming at me, threatening me and began walking over to me. By this time, employees as well as other customers are trying to hold this lady back from putting her hands on me. I tell the manager I need my money refunded since they refuse to correct the nails and she tells me no. I spent $115 and wasted over 3 hours in this salon to be robbed.
