              I purchased a used vehicle **** X5) on May 28, 2024. The same day of the purchase I began noticing mechanical issues with the vehicle. I reached out the next day to the dealership to let them know the issues and how this is something that should have been worked out prior to the vehicle reaching the sales department. Since alerting the dealership of the issue I have been getting the run around and really no help with the issue I did not cause nor was factored into the price. This seems to be unfair and deceptive trade practices.

              Completely unprofessional, spoke to 4 different people in the service department and instead of listening to what I had to say they talked over me, & screamed at me. When I asked them what parts my warranty covers their response was" we can not look that up and tell you." Rick *****, Patrick, and Adrian one of the technicians all were not trying to help me and my situation. All argued me instead of letting me the customer try and understand what's going on. Then Rick ***** hung up on me and the entire VW stopped answering my call.

              Customer was at dealership and showed that his car was over 2 quarts full on oil reason it was smoking, we advised him this is not a warranty matter and he would be responsible for repairs to correct oil level and misfires since spark plugs where fowled. Mr ********* vehicle has been repaired. We will not stand for profanity to our employees by customer, this is why he was disconnected on phone.
